The Perfect First-Day Paris Tour to Save Your Legs and Beat the Weather

We had a wonderful experience on our golf cart tour of Paris with Oliver! Traveling with my two teenagers (18 and 14), this was the perfect way to see so much of the city in a short amount of time. The weather gave us the full Paris experience during our three-hour tour. We started with sunshine, then got a stretch of cold rain, and before long the sun was back out again. Rather than letting it slow us down, we made the best of it, and Oliver was fantastic. As soon as the rain started, he put the rain shield down to keep everyone dry and comfortable. Oliver was incredibly friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting facts and stories throughout the tour and made us feel welcome from the moment we met him. As first-time visitors, it was a great way to get a lay of the city and see many of Paris’s most iconic sights in just a few hours. We recommend this tour, especially for families with teens.

Highlight of our Paris trip!

This private boat ride on the Seine was hands down the highlight of our entire Paris trip. From start to finish, it was an unforgettable experience. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories and history about the city and its iconic landmarks, but what really made the tour special was his warm, personable nature. Cruising past Paris's beautiful monuments while sipping champagne and laughing together felt like something out of a movie. The atmosphere was relaxed, fun, and completely personalized. We learned so much, saw the city from a stunning perspective, and genuinely had the best time. If you're visiting Paris and looking for a unique and memorable experience, I can't recommend this tour highly enough. It was the perfect combination of sightseeing, great conversation, and pure enjoyment.

An absolutely wonderful tour for visitors, whether it’s your first time visiting Paris or a return trip! We had Avi as our guide, he was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of every location we went to and he kept things fun. The tour flew by and we covered a ton of ground, great for getting a “lay of the land” early in your trip by getting some tips for major landmarks around the city to revisit on your own time.

Highly recommend this romantic bateaux Parisiens experience.

For us the total experience was excellent, departure was at 830pm. We got there at 730, which I recommend so you get a better table. We had Premier service which was excellent there is a higher level which is obviously excellent also, so I recommend one of the two levels. The hardest part is at the end of the event - transportation back to hotel. ( a lot of scammers) take a regular taxi or the Metro. From the port to Saint Germain should cost around 20 euros not 40. ( taxi). Wine, water, 3course meal, bread are included.

A lovely trip. Would recommend!

This is well worth doing. Nice sized boat with music playing. Bar was reasonable and staff were nice. Little tricky to find and not obvious where / what boat you should be getting on - would be easier with a description of what company to look for at the dock. This is a convenient location for pick up/drop off however in that is is near Notre Dame, if you’re staying at that end of the city. Overall would recommend - we had a lovely time on the boat and had a few too many champagnes! Enjoy!

Olivia was fantastic

Absolutely fantastic tour with Olivia. We saw so much of Paris and learned so much. Over the course of 4.5 hours we saw all the major sites, as well as learned how to use the Metro system. We had two stops for food, the first at a bakery and the second at a crepe stand (they had sweet and savory options). Olivia was great with our kids and took fantastic photos that we will treasure for a long time.

Beautiful views and a lovely lunch on the Seine

We had a lovely lunch with waterside sightseeing - Bateaux Parisiens provides great service and a wonderful menu that is beautifully presented and delicious, accompanied by a very good selection of wines as well as a welcome kir royale. We were fortunate to have a lovely sunny day, but this is an adventure that is just as much fun whatever the weather. Our server was very friendly and personable, and we couldn't have had a nicer time.

The best thing we did in Paris -a wonderful basis for every French meal you’ll ever have. We learned so much! Julie, our guide, is a Montmartre local, and knows the area intimately. We had 7 stops over a 3 1/2 hour tour. The pace was very easy and even though our finishing point was the highest point in Paris, on one of the hottest days of the year so far, the time flew and no one struggled. We learned about cheese, wine, quiche, the iconic Croque Monsieur, and gorgeous sweet treats (but they’re a secret unless you take the tour)

Great food and elegant ship

Loved our dinner cruise! There were a lot of locals celebrating milestones such as birthdays so I felt like I selected a good company. I also paid for the window view. The ship was elegant and the food was delicious. The live music was elegant and not overwhelming. Highly recommend.

Montmartre Food Tour

Absolutely the best food tour I’ve ever taken. Gaspard was an incredible guide. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and full of fascinating Montmartre history. He explained French dining customs in a way that made every tasting more meaningful. We enjoyed chocolate, macarons, and a crepe at various spots in the neighborhood. We also sampled baguette, cheese, meat, and wine, all at a secret ocal spot around a table, where we could visit with the other guests. He answered every question with ease and depth. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Paris.
