I am sorry to say that I forget our driver's name but he was fantastic! On time for our pick up in the St. Germain neighborhood in Paris. He was friendly, made sure we were comfortable in the car, and even gave us a "tour" of various points of interest in and around Paris, on our way to the airport. He dropped us as close as possible to our airport entrance, assisted us with bags. He was wonderful! Would definitely use this service again!

Professional and nice driver with clean vehicle. We had to change to an earlier pick up time the night before our scheduled early morning pickup and our driver kindly accommodated. He showed up with a warm smile, helped us with our luggages, and confirmed our flight itinerary to make sure to drop us off at the correct terminal. Highly recommend!

At first I dealt with Viator who initiates the local car service for our needs. Viator was actually pretty easy to work with and very communicative. I was a little hesitant at first as they are actually the first thing that comes up when you search on Google but it really was a very great company to work with. Next we were given the local Paris car service company information S.A.R.S. and they were also very easy to communicate with. They all text with WhatsApp so if you are only on a data plan you can still communicate and will also talk with you on the phone. They spoke perfect English which helps when your French is not very good.
Overall my experience with Viator (for the 2nd time on this trip) was well above my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone who are traveling and may not know what to do. They make it easy for you. Yes I am sure you could find a cheaper solution but Viator was not really that much different than any of the other options I searched up and having them do most of the work really is worth anything extra.

Everything went well with the car pick up. Drivers were on time and communication was adequate. The time of pick up was not stated in the reservation confirmation which caused us to have to download an app to communicate with them to confirm pick up time for our return trip .

This is a more expensive transportation solution than getting a taxi or taking the metro. However, when you two seniors, and have four pieces of luggage and don’t want the hassle of moving your own luggage, nothing beats a chauffeur.

Save yourself money and take the metro or the train or a rideshare/taxi. Driver was fine but it was totally not worth the amount we paid.

The company texted me ahead of the service day to coordinate our hotel pickup time so we could get to the airport early enough to complete our tax refund before our flight. I booked a sedan from a hotel near St Sulpice. I proved the hotel address. We were called at 6:30 am to say our car had arrived. We took our suitcases out to the plaza in front of the hotel but there was no car, no driver and no idea where the car was. We got another call saying the car was there. We looked up and down the streets in front of and on the side of the plaza in front of the hotel. No car visible. We then got a picture of a door with no address saying that was where the car was. It was impossible to tell from the picture where the car was. But we were told gain the car was waiting. We never received information on where the car was, what type of arbitrator the driver was. I was then asked (not be the driver, this was an anonymous third party) to send a picture of where we were. I did that. No one showed up until we were in the taxi we decided we should take rather than deal with this clown show. I continued to get messages saying the driver was waiting and eventually hit a photo indicating the driver was at the place I’d sent them earlier. However it was a van not a sedan and we wouldn’t have recognized it.
We stood in the dark with our luggage in front of our hotel for 30 minutes and never received any information about where the car was other than a photo of a door that could’ve been anywhere in Paris. The third party was rude, made clear that I was supposed to locate the car, and continued sending texts through WhatsApp after I asked them to quit communicating with me.
We have used a lot of private driving services including in Paris. Without exception they tell you what kind of car it is, where the driver will be, and treat you like a customer.
This was a completely unprofessional operation. If you book them have a backup plan.
