Very memorable trip!

We were picked up promptly at 7:00am by our guide, Lucille. She welcomed us warmly and told us how long the trip would be( 3 hours). Our first stop was Pointe du Hoc and a visit to a German bunker. Then on to Omaha beach and a quick lunch. The afternoon was spent at the American Cemetery. This place is absolutely pristine! A very moving experience for us. ( my father-in-law served in WWII in the Pacific) . Lucille was extremely knowledgeable and encouraged conversation. We learned so much! Thank you!

Awesome ride

It was loads of fun and we had really good weather for this ride. Our driver, Remi, was very informative and had a good sense of humor. He had a good perspective on historical events. We toured the British sector, Gold beach, which we hadn’t seen yet and it’s always an eye-opener to see these things in person. My only regret is that we took the two hour tour and not the four hour tour. It seemed to end too quickly.

Excellent tour! Highly recommend!

This tour was awesome. Eloise was an amazing guide who managed to give an incredible amount of background and insight on World War 2 and the D Day landings. I highly recommend the tour to anyone visiting the area. As a student of WW2 history I was impressed and enjoyed the tour immensely. My wife and 16 year old son also enjoyed the tour very much and learned a lot.

Fustin Tour Guide is Outstanding

The tour by Normandy Sightseeing Tours was done extremely well. Fustin, our guide, arrived in time and was well prepared for the “English weather” we were going to experience the remainder of the day. His knowledge and side stories all during the day had all four of us completely engagaed. Fustin was also able to get us into a couple of places, including an old farm home with some history we all found fascinating. Fustin’s knowledge of the history provided us a Master Class on D Day. Outstanding Monet Tour

Lucille did a fabulous job! She has done so much research about the life of Monet. I learned more about him than from my art history classes. She is a very good driver and we always felt safe in her lovely car even when she was enthusiastically telling stories. She knew exactly where to go to avoid crowds and maximize our experience. She also volunteered to take our photos in iconic places. We greatly appreciated her work and would love to experience other sites with her. We highly recommend this tour.

Where to begin!! Pauline our guide was absolutely fabulous. Her grasps of the events of June 6th was wonderful. I am a history major with a specialty in WWII history. There was very little I had to add to her presentation. My wife and I would like to extend an invitation to her if she ever wanted to travel to southern California for vacation, we would love to repay her for the wonderful job she did. This tour was on my bucket list and it was a very important trip for me. I feel fortunate to have had someone as special as Pauline as my guide.
