Friendly tour guide but not very knowledgeable. Many of our questions about the architecture and history of the city could not be answered due to a lack of knowledge.

Our guides are local residents who share the city from a personal perspective rather than as professional historians. Lola is a very knowledgeable, friendly and enjoyable tour guide. She was very accommodating concerning the meet up location, and other assistance that we requested. We would definitely recommend her tour to anybody visiting this area.

I wish I could give it an even lower score. We arrived at the designated address early and stayed there an additional 30 minutes. No tour guide showed up. I complained to Viator and they said the tour guide marked US off as a no show. I have picture proof of me at the address and the time stamp of the sites. Yet Viator chooses to believe the tour guide and will not refund out money. If you are smart, you will NOT book this tour. It was a terrible waste of hard earned dollars. Kast time I will even book with Viator.

We apologize for not responding to this review earlier as we are not automatically notified about Trip Advisor reviews. I am sorry that your tour was not carried out as planned. We do our very best to have a smooth tour confirmation process but there are certain aspects of the process over which we do not have control. The Lokafyer assigned to you did not check his emails to see the tour confirmation email that we had sent to him despite informing us that he was available to conduct the tour. As you can imagine, the Lokafyer not checking their email is not a factor that we can possibly control from our end. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused you. We have offered you a full refund and hope the matter in resolved as such.
