We had an exceptional day with Enzo and our driver exploring the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. We met our tour bus in Naples and began the scenic drive along the coast, where Enzo kept us entertained with fascinating stories and insights about the region. Our driver skillfully navigated the narrow, winding coastal roads, making the journey both safe and efficient. At our first stop in Positano, Enzo recommended using the time for refreshments and some light “window shopping,” which was the perfect way to take in the beauty of the town. We then continued on to Sorrento, where we were given ample time to shop, enjoy lunch, and explore at our own pace. After Sorrento, we traveled to Pompeii, where Enzo truly brought the experience to life. He guided us expertly through the ruins, sharing captivating stories and historical details throughout the tour. His knowledge and engaging storytelling made the ancient city incredibly memorable. Rosa was absolutely amazing!! She communicated amazingly and made this trip so easy! Fun boat ride around the...

Fun boat ride around the island. The tour was well-organized, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable, and the views of the coastline were absolutely breathtaking. We used D&D Travelling Sorrento for transfers both ways between Naples train station and our hotel in Sorrento as well as a day touring the Amalfi coast. Fantastic trip!

We had such a great time on this trip! Michele greeted us at the port for the first part and then we had Marcella on the island. Both guides were great! We were given great information about the island and surrounding area and very clear instructions to help us navigate through the day. We couldn't see the Blue Grotto because of the weather, but the alternate boat ride around the island was fantastic. Marcella made sure we got to see everything we wanted and still make it back to our cruise ship on time. We truly appreciate the extra care and effort taken to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

A truly unique experience

This is a much smaller site than neighbouring Pompei, but it is very different in many ways. Because it is smaller it is a lot more manageable for people who are slightly older. The information shared by our guide was fascinating and the tour was small enough o ask questions. The tour guide was highly knowledgeable and very pleasant and Sara was very patience with us all. The facilities at erculano were slight limited and need more investment ie toilets, cash point etc but it is easy to get to by train especially. A truly unique experience.

Fascinating tour!

Pompeii was a fascinating and informative tour with our guide Tomaso. A senior citizens, it was tiring for us to walk for two hours, but it was worth it to see a very large ancient city. We also had a stop at Mount Vesuvius, but the trail was too steep for us so we relaxed on the bus. Lunch was surprisingly good, much better than expected!

Fun rainy day at Positano, Sorrento, and Ravello

My wife, two friends, and I took this trip in late November, so we knew it could be rainy. It did end up raining on and off throughout the day, but John Luca still provided an amazing tour. Ravello was our favorite stop. The rain cleared up, and we got amazing views of the mountains and sea around Ravello from the top of Villa Rufolo. We highly recommend this tour and John Luca.
