We knew after a few short minutes we were in for a treat. Carmine was the ultimate tour guide/driver. There was never a dull moment on this excursion...when driving, Carmine would always engage in interesting conversion such as facts about the region, and he graciously answered all of our questions. Carmine also went out of his way to make special stops for us to get the ultimate views. We really could not have asked for a better tour guide and driver! He literally customized things based on our interests. I absolutely would recommend this excursion!

Rosario was absolutely incredible and made our day on the Amalfi Coast one we’ll never forget. Before our trip, there was one place I desperately wanted to revisit—Positano. It holds a special place in my heart because my husband and I spent part of our honeymoon there years ago. Although it wasn’t originally part of our itinerary, and despite my request being a difficult one to accommodate, Rosario went above and beyond to make it happen. Not only did he get us there, but he gave us plenty of time to walk around, soak in the memories, and enjoy the beauty of Positano at our own pace. From there, he took us to one of the most amazing restaurants we’ve experienced in Italy, with incredible food and breathtaking views. Throughout the day, he brought us to stunning swimming spots with crystal-clear water that looked straight out of a postcard. Somehow, despite fitting all of that into the day, he still made sure we made it to Capri and got to experience everything we had hoped for. What truly sets Rosario apart is who he is as a person. He is kind, funny, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about creating an unforgettable experience for his guests. I can be very particular (my family would probably say difficult at times!), and he handled every request with ease, a smile, and a great sense of humor. Rosario didn’t just take us on a boat tour—he created memories that my family will cherish forever. If you’re looking for a skipper who will go the extra mile to make your day special, look no further. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Luigi, our driver and tour guide was amazing. He pointed things out and told about the history and various things as we drove along the Amalfi coast. He gave us recommendations on what to see, where to eat and what beach area to hang out on. However, I felt like it was too much in one day. The itinerary says you have 2 hours at each destination but the “travel time doesn’t really allow for that. We stayed in Positano for 1.5 hours, Amalfi for 2.5 hours but only had 45 minutes (at the most) in Ravello before we had to leave and we didn’t get back to ship til 4:45. Our tour was supposed to end at 4:00. We kept the driver later than was allowed for but he did not mind and was pleasant the whole time — not one complaint!! The scenic route along the way was unbelievably beautiful! The drive is a little scary b/c the roads are so narrow and winding — thankful I was not driving.
