Lovely balloon experience over the pyramids. We were very lucky with weather, but didn’t actually take off until after sunrise (while other companies did have their balloons in the sky for sunrise). Something to bear in mind/ ask about if you want that experience!

My Tolantongo trip was absolutely a blast! From the moment we were picked up until we reached our destination, everything was smooth, fun, and well-organized. Our tour guide, Adrian, and our driver made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Adrian was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing interesting facts and stories along the way, and his sense of humor made the long drive feel short and entertaining. He made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and having a great time. The whole experience exceeded my expectations, and I truly appreciated the professionalism, friendliness, and positive energy from both Adrian and the driver. I highly recommend this tour to anyone planning to visit Tolantongo, it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

Hot air balloon experience

Love the experience to see the pyramids from above and take in breath taking scenery in Mexico. Love the drone videos for a small fee of course. Didn’t think I was going to be sharing space with a lot of people (crowded) but overall best experience for my first time being in an hot air balloon.

Mexican therapy is the best!

This was SO much fun!! Definitely made me a lucha libre fan! The tacos before the show were EXCELLENT, the storytelling was top notch, and I would do it again every time I come back to the city! Diana & Bernie were hilarious and just the best guides. They created a super fun, inclusive atmosphere and made the whole evening that much more enjoyable. 10/10, my only note is I wish it was longer lol

Active shooter…

We booked the trip and ended up at the rumple during the active shooter. I took my family and got out of there asap. I didn’t realize our tour guide had followed behind us to ensure we were safe. It wasn’t until we got out safely, that I noticed our your guide (Luz) calling the bus to come pick us up. They coordinated our ride from our emergency exit, and kept us informed the entire time as information became available. They also made 3 different stops around the grounds to pick up ALL the other guests that they showed up with. From start to finish, they took our safety as their top priority. If you’re going to be involved in a tragic event like an active shooter, I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. Thank you for helping us through a tough day! My family and I will be forever grateful!

Chichen Itza Day Tour

The adventure began with a 6:30 a.m. hotel pick up. Comfortable coach travel to and from the destination(s). Total travel time for the day was around 4 hours. First stop was a commercial Mayan establishment with plenty of souvenirs and other things to buy. A traditional Mayan blessing was performed by a shaman. Engaging and interesting. The second stop was Chichen Itza. The Mayan Warrior Temple is amazing. As is all the remaining archaeological evidence of this ancient city. The grounds are overrun with trinket sellers. They are located all over the temple grounds. Very distracting to the solemnity of the place. Super hot and humid the day we visited…+90 degrees F. Third stop was the Cenote. Very chaotic at this stop. You’re kind of just let loose figuring out the swimming preparations. Keys for your locker, locker locations and safety vest assignment. The Cenote was so much fun. We jumped off a platform into that amazing pool of water. Exhilarating. The lunch provided was a Mexican buffet. It could be eaten before or after the Cenote swim. The buffet was delicious and plentiful! The final stop of the day was the city of Valladolid. The city center courtyard was inviting and had nice areas for great family photos. The church across the street was interesting as well. All of the stones used to construct the church building were remnants of Mayan architecture. The local merchants were many and various. We loved the local ice cream! We slept on the way home to our hotel. Luis our travel guide is half Mayan by birth. He was super knowledgeable. We found that his narration was really interesting. However he did the narration in English and Spanish, switching between the two very quickly. Often difficult to follow. The bus driver Eduardo was polite and helpful. We had a wonderful, very long day!

Amazing Experience at Chichen Itza

My family of four (two teenagers 15 & 18 yrs old) visited Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Rodrigo (Cat) and his crew. When we arrived in Chichen Itza we were split into two groups. I am sure the other guy was great but we had Rodrigo as our guide. You couldn't ask for a better person to teach you about the Mayan ruins considering he grew up within site of the ruins! He is incredibly passionate and great with answering tons of questions from inquisitive teens. When I asked my teens what they thought of Chichen Itza (because I was afraid they would be bored) they said it was really cool but that they probably wouldn't have enjoyed anywhere near as much if we hadn't had Rodrigo as our guide. The cenote was just ok (we've done that before elsewhere and the water level was low at the time of our visit). Valladolid was a nice little town but you only have about a half hour there. If I could recommend anything it would be if the tour could provide some bottled water. It is a VERY long day (14 hours total for us coming from Costa Mujeres area) so it was hard to plan how much water to bring.

The best experience!

It's always an amazing experience to cross something off your bucket list- it's an even better experience when everything is taken care of for you by the kindest people. This was absolutely the highlight of my trip- the pyramids, the hot air balloon, the history, the energy, just amazing. Our guide Crystal was INCREDIBLE! I can not recommend them enough. If you're even thinking about it just do it, you will not regret it.

Worth It !!!

I was honestly so skeptical about booking this tour because I had seen such mixed reviews across different websites and social media. My husband and I decided to just go for it, and I’m so glad we did. This tour group was amazing from start to finish. They picked us up from our resort, Riu Ventura, along with other guests from nearby resorts as well. Once you book, they contact you on WhatsApp and send you all the details, including photos of what their vehicles look like, which made us feel a lot more secure and confident that we were getting into the right transportation. The driver also had our names on a list and gave us wristbands right away when we were picked up, which added another layer of comfort and organization. When we arrived, they offered us the option to upgrade to a private tour for $59 per person, which we thought was very reasonable, so we did it. The main difference is that with the larger group, everything moves a lot faster, while with the private option, you really get to take your time and enjoy each part of the excursion. For us, it was absolutely worth it. We did the ATVs, zip lining, the water hole, and the tequila tasting, and every part of it was amazing. The team was incredibly entertaining, patient, and just genuinely warm with everyone. The atmosphere felt fun, welcoming, and full of good energy. We also loved the tequila tasting and ended up buying some tequila to take home. They told us it comes from Jalisco and isn’t available in duty-free, so it made the experience feel even more special. Another great part of the VIP upgrade was that it included unlimited tacos, drinks, snacks, and locker rental during lunch, which made it even more worthwhile. Overall, it was a really great experience, and I’m so happy we did it. I definitely recommend booking with them.
