Wonderful experience from pick up to drop off. The guides, Mario and Ivan, were excellent and kept us well informed. There was enough time for pictures, time for yourself, and time to ask questions. Easy to book, get picked up, and easy journey with no additional surprises. Get to the bus, rest stop for coffee and snacks, pyramids, restrooms, and drop off. 1,000 stars! Bring some snacks because there is no lunch break and you get dropped off around 2:30pm.

We had an amazing excursion to Tolantongo with Leo and Santiago! They were both kind, organized, and punctual. Every detail of the trip was thoughtfully planned. The breakfast and lunch were both excellent, and we appreciated the snacks provided throughout the day. They even had shampoo and soap available for showering after enjoying the hot springs, which was a thoughtful touch. The drive included plenty of breaks, making the long journey comfortable, and we arrived back at our hotel earlier than expected. Leo also shared many great local recommendations for food and places to. I highly recommend this tour if you're looking for a well-organized, stress-free, and enjoyable experience!

We absolutely loved our tour with Fernando! Nos encantó nuestro tour con Fernando! You may read several reviews that state the tour is long but honestly if you have Fernando as your guide, it is not a problem as he gives staggered breaks for you to sit, use the bathroom, or grab a quick bite. Fernando made the tour so fun and packed with knowledge. He gave such a great overview of important history and fun facts while staying focused on the most famous and popular exhibits in order to make the most of our time. I highly recommend booking with Fernando!

Angel brought the pyramids to life

We had Angel as our English guide during the tour and he did an amazing job. He provided knowledge and stories that brought the history to life. The tour included a stop at an obsidian shop but it was nice to stop for a bit before the pyramids. Overall, it was a great tour!

Absolutely fantastic trip tour guide Alavaro was excellent throughout and also the driver was decent especially with all the traffic and an incident that happened on the roads. The hot air balloon ride was fantastic and the pilot was excellent. We flew over the pyramids which we then visited later. The tour guide at the pyramids was fantastic. His enthusiasm for his subject was infectious and provided a really good window into the past.

Amazing & Unforgettable

Be aware that the site is quite far from Mexico City in Hidalgo. With that said if you are interested in seeing the springs it is quite breathtaking and worth the drive. They pick you up and take you there and let you spend a long time there. It’s beautiful. The caves are a little claustrophobic but be prepared.

Try to get Javier as your guide because he is very knowledgeable about the city, its landmarks, history, and culture. He also made sure every passenger had a great experience and was patient/accommodating for passengers who couldn't get breakfast so they could pull out cash. The tour itself does go by quick before its time to leave, so its a good way to feel out and get a taste if you want to stay more time in SMA. Thats what we did and ended up staying the night in SMA (not part of the tour but Javier and Viator made the process seamless).

Great trip! Guide was very knowledgeable and was able to communicate in both Espanol and English to the split tour. Driver was great and drove with care. Good experience at all 3 stops. Food stop was ok, lots of vendors at the artisanal shop and teotihuacan. But overall, learned a lot and had a great experience
