Guide was knowledgeable and nice The driver did his job the pyramid information was interesting But there’s so much wasted time, especially at the beginning of the tour and at lunch. By the time we reached the cathedral, all we wanted to do is to get out of the tour. A drop off at the cathedral gift shop was ridiculous The cathedral was also closed for mass.So we were not able to go in. We left early because we felt we had had enough and took an uber back to our hotel. Way too many hours spent wandering around and waiting especially at the restaurant It was NOT a well designed tour with the traveler’s best interests in mind Not the guide‘ s fault The tourist traps were unnecessary and a waste of our travel day.

Somewhat disappointed

It is better to find out whether the tour is Soley English or not. My husband and I are the only English speaking couple and the rest were all Spanish. Therefore the guide was trying to cater for both. He did his best and his English was very good but we were not told that the tour is going to be bilingual. The other disappointed was, although the tour was listed as 'Guadalupe Shrine and Teotihuacan', we spent 15 minutes in a shop near the Shrine and less than 30 minutes at the Shrine. We stopped at a old monastery/convent for 45 minutes and a lot almost and hour and a half in the arts and jewellery shop at Teotihuacan which was totally unnecessary. These times should have been spent at the Shrine.

It was Hell!

This was the worst experience in my life. Our itinerary said 9am, we were waiting for the bus for 45 minutes at their meeting spot & they never picked us up. I call them & they lied to me saying they drove by but we weren’t there. The hotel bellmen said they never showed up either. They sent me on a wild goose chase & never apologized nor tried to make it right.

Time in the pyramids was too short and time in the souvenirs store was too long. I recommend only 15 minutes in the store initially, 2 hours in the temple system/ pyramids (instead of just 1h).

Beautiful places but lack of time management for the visits

Teothiacan is beautiful and deserves a visit but the tour left to be desired from the point of view of organization and time management. We left CDMX past 9:30 and instead of going straight to the pyramids pq this was the focus of the tour we stayed turning back until we stopped at a store where we stayed for more than 1 hour. When we arrived at the pyramids we had almost an hour to visit. The guide was very good and knew a lot of the history but did not give time to stay explaining otherwise we would not have time to visit. The same happened in the basilica we had 1h to visit. So for me time management made the experience very bad. If there is a traffic problem, if you have to pass in the local store then the tour start earlier and do not harm the weather in the locations.

POUR LA VISITE BIEN MAIS ORGANISATION MINABLE TRIPLE ZERO 1) au départ on m'a laissé seul sur le trottoir je n'ai rejoins le groupe qu'environ une heure après J'ai payé pour visiter la cathédrale de Guadalupe et le site Tetihacan , pas pour passer ^plus de deux heures dans un magasin d'objats en obsideienne, ce qui a fait que nous sommes retournés sur Mexico à la tombée de la nuit et le guide ayant plusieurs personnes a déposer a endroits différents m'a laissé à un carrefour me disant que mon hotel était à 15 minutes a pied. J'ai marché pendant une heure et demie. TREES MAUVAISE ORGANISATION

Il semble que le problème était qu'après 16h00, il y avait un événement politique à proximité de votre hôtel et qu'il n'était pas possible de vous déposer à l'entrée principale ou même très près de celle-ci. De nombreuses avenues et rues étaient fermées aux véhicules et c'était hors de notre contrôle, la seule façon de passer était de marcher. Nous vous rappelons que notre espace service client est à votre disposition 24h á jour et 7 juors á la semaine afin que nos clients puissent vous appeler et demander tout renseignement. Notre visite est programmée pour 9-10 heures depuis le début, c'est pourquoi vous êtes revenu presque de nuit. Malgré la mauvaise expérience, nous sommes heureux de lire que vous appréciez les sites touristiques.

Positivo :Lo recomiendo son muy responsables. El guía conoce muy bien la cultura mexicana, explico cada detalle de las visitas. El tour a teotihuacan fue excelente me hubiera gustado más tiempo ahí qué en la basílica qué no es nada interesante. Negativo: La cata de tekila y mezcal no es una cata como tal, es una pequeña probada. Nuestro grupo fue muy extenso no me gustó eso.

Con respecto a la distribución del recorrido, debemos hacer de su conocimiento que también ofrecemos recorridos por solo Teotihuacán sin visitar la Basílica de Guadalupe necesariamente y que se disfruta la zona arqueológica por igual. Esperamos que regrese muy pronto a México y tenga oportunidad entonces solicitar ese tour. En cuanto a la cata de las bebidas, pues se trata sólo de una pequeña degustación de las mismas y una breve explicación de la historia y elaboración de tequila y mezcal meramente informativo. En el tour que le comento de la visita a sólo Teotihuacán, existe una segunda opción que incluye un taller para los visitantes más detallado donde les hacen parte de la elaboración de bebidas artesanales.
