Kevin was an outstanding guide for our Comuna 13 tour. The background, history, Colombian perspective, and context he shared about all the sights, sounds, and even smells made the experience incredibly educational and authentic. He’s like the mayor of Comuna 13 — he seems to know all the artists, performers, and vendors throughout the neighborhood, which made the tour feel very personal and immersive. One part I especially appreciated was walking back through the neighborhood to our meeting point, getting brief insight into the people who call Comuna 13 home. It added another layer of authenticity and perspective to the experience. Highly recommended.

Amazing waterfall hike!

Amazing hike crisscrossing the river numerous times. Challenging enough train to make it fun but but not at all too difficult. Lots of cool information from the guides as well about the flora along the way and the animals that live in the area. When I return to Medellin someday I may even do it again it was so good! The guides were super helpful making sure everybody got up more difficult climbs, and sent out good pre-trip info.

I enjoyed this trip alot. It was my second time and first time for my brother, there are few new things added since the last time but overall it was alot of fun. Breakfast and lunch was great. Sebastian was very kind and welcoming and made sure we feel comfortable throughout the trip. Ale was a great tour guide and the hospitality was top notch. Definitely recommend it

Hands down the best tour! We had a great time, Simon and his colleagues were great! Our breakfast was authentic and delicious which made the trip even better. The bus trip was scenic. Great tour

The tour was great. We got to experience 3 ways of transportation(metro, cable, bus) with our guide Christian. We walked the Comuna 13 from the top to the bottom which makes it so much easy and enjoyable. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of history. There are a lot of restaurants, fast food and shops.

So much fun!

We had a wonderful horseback riding experience that we truly enjoyed. Our guide, Sara, was exceptional from the very beginning and added so much to the overall experience. The horses, Troya and Paloma, were calm, well cared for, and a pleasure to ride. It was a long and rewarding ride, with a stop along the way to enjoy a spectacular view. Although it rained on and off, we were provided with waterproof covers, and it was never uncomfortable. In fact, the cooler weather and lack of strong sun made the ride even more enjoyable. During the ride up, Sara gave us a great overview of Medellín, sharing interesting insights about the city and the surrounding region. Beyond being very professional, she is a warm and genuine person with a truly lovely spirit, which made the experience feel personal and special. I would also like to highlight Andrés from Medellín Day Trips, who was excellent to work with. He checked in with us both before and after the activity to ensure everything met our expectations, demonstrating a high level of care and professionalism. This activity was the perfect way to start our first day in Medellín. It allowed us to get some exercise, connect with nature, and enjoy local horses in a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Rich history and hopeful future

Wow. JAIME was a wonderful tour guide and a captivating storyteller. He has a lot of knowledge of history of his city and you can feel the love he has for it. His communications in English is effective and fluent. I was able to discuss on numerous issues with him. He presented a balanced perspective of the Medellin cartel. I appreciated the insights and thd people we met along the way. He's a great driver too. Thank you, my man. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I highly recommend this tour! The main reason I chose this was because of the hostel pickup that it provided instead of you having to uber yourself to the pickup spot like most other paragliding options. I am glad I chose this because not only of the free pickup but the go pro videos and pictures! The instructor provides all of them via USB to your phone at the end of the day free of charge! If you want a memorable Medellin experience 10,000 feet in the air, look no further than this!

A family favorite!

Our family with 2 young teen daughters went and had the best time. Our leaders were very knowledgeable and we learned all about the political, socioeconomic and cultural history of Medellín. It is such a beautiful city and this is such a great way to see a lot of major sites! They kept us very safe on some of the busy streets as well. Definitely a must do!
