This was excellent. You're high in the sky for a very long time. I'd say a solid 8 minutes. The instructor was clear n concise. The view even standing at the top was awesome. The car ride up that hill was something else lol. Please go and give it a try. If you don't want to skydive this is the next best thing.

The problem isn’t the men that are risking there lives and guiding us during this what is suppose to be a beautiful experience. The issue with me here is the people accepting payments and those who are behind the screen finding every excuse in the book for there mistakes. I had to go a second round due to a malfunction chip error meaning the most important part of the activity was not recorded. The main reason why I booked the tour was not on film. Keep in mind the tour started at 10 finished at 1, add waiting 30+ minutes to make sure all footage was received. So since Ms.Mellisa was certain and insisted I would receive the video, she said by the time you make it to your hotel you should have it. I should’ve known right there to not leave for the simple fact it was an error in person. It is Saturday 05.30.26 my final day in Columbia and I wanted to go out with a bang. Now on to booking the second trip, it is now 3pm. Now of course as a person with anxiety and has a fear of heights I did not want to go up 300 stairs or fly again for 15 minutes. They accommodated not going up those steps again but as for the 15 minutes Mr.Felipe a sir in charge said he would make it 5 minutes. Sounds good right? Well the weather had completely changed now. From sunny, hot & a good breeze to windy, gloomy, & cold. I also stated that to Mr.Felipe .. I described to him how the weather felt unsafe to me and of course another person who insisted “it’s the perfect weather”. Long story short I was stuck in the sky on my second trip for 30+ minutes & because of no altitude we had to do an emergency landing & once we did land my hands were purple as a grape for how hard I was holding on & all I could do was pray. I regret booking with this company and I regret going that second time cause now I can see the footage and how emotional and overwhelmed I was. My lashes were gone, eyes were bludgeoned, and face was in distress. What was supposed to be to be a memorable day for me is but in the worst way. Lastly Ms.Hellen you have a lot of resolutions after the fact and answers but can’t find ways to prevent them or solve them. From no footage to having episodes, to repeating the whole process plus dangling in the sky, to finishing up after 5:30pm, to the traffic back home just all could’ve been prevented. Go somewhere where your safety, time & comfort ability is a priority, go where you get what you pay for cause if I never would have said anything Ms.Mellissa wouldn’t have either. This was my first and last experience paragliding in medellin.

The issue was limited to the takeoff video only. All other videos and photos from your flight were successfully recorded and delivered. Unfortunately, the takeoff file was affected by a technical error involving the device used during the transfer process, resulting in the loss of that specific clip.
As soon as you informed us of the situation, our team immediately took responsibility and offered what we believed was the best possible solution: a completely private paragliding flight at no additional cost. This replacement experience included a dedicated pilot, new footage, and additional videos, all provided free of charge so that you could leave with the memories you originally came for.
This complimentary flight represented a significant investment of time, staff, equipment, and operational costs on our part, but our priority was ensuring that you had the opportunity to enjoy the experience again and receive even more content than originally included.
Regarding the weather conditions, safety is and always will be our highest priority. Every flight is authorized by certified pilots who continuously assess wind, visibility, and flight conditions. While we understand that the second flight felt more challenging and uncomfortable for you, it was conducted within the safety parameters required for paragliding operations.
We sincerely regret that despite our efforts to resolve the issue, we were unable to restore your confidence in the experience. However, we believe it is important for future guests to know that when an unexpected situation occurred, our team responded immediately, provided a full complimentary flight, created additional content at no charge, and did everything within our power to make things right.

The tour was amazing. Our driver Ruben was very interactive. Our pilot was Orbo, very great guide. It was an awesome feeling while being scared of heights but its something i will do again and again. Definitely worth the money. Bring jackets and long pants because it is very cold.

Jose was my pilot! He was fantastic! He explained everything and made sure I understood. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He described it being a bird and this is his office view. When I told him I am a FA he said this was just like a plane but with open windows hahaha Thank you Jose for an amazing experience. The only thing I would change is the 300 stairs you have to climb. Maybe one day they can build an escalator or something to bring you up to the activity.

Book it a day before. Communication between the app and WhatsApp. Drive was about an hour and half. Climb up about 200 steps. Fly around 15min. Easy.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The friendly staff made the group feel comfortable. Ride was perfect! the driver, Olvo, was super friendly, professional and felt comfortable, especialy being our first time on parapentes! 👏

The pilots and taxi driver were all super nice. Everything went seamless and the views were amazing. 10/10 would recommend. My friend isn’t the best runner and they were so kind to her.

I highly recommend this tour! The main reason I chose this was because of the hostel pickup that it provided instead of you having to uber yourself to the pickup spot like most other paragliding options.
I am glad I chose this because not only of the free pickup but the go pro videos and pictures! The instructor provides all of them via USB to your phone at the end of the day free of charge!
If you want a memorable Medellin experience 10,000 feet in the air, look no further than this!

I highly recommend this tour. I thought I would be afraid, but I watched the process and felt very confident. Favio was my Pilot, and he was great. The view is wonderful and the feeling was awesome. Great takeoff and landing. I was given the GoPro pictures as well as pictures of our takeoff. My family and friends were impressed that, at 74 years old, I was braver than they think they would be. It was an amazing experience.

From the pick up to the flight, amazing experience and lovely views. Our driver Carlos was amazing and such a sweetheart. It felt like a day out with friends and I went solo. The flight and the pilot were amazing as well. Videos and pictures lovely. Just be prepared to climb stairs and be a bit cold when flying BUT ITS WORTH IT.

Be prepared to walk many stairs to get to the top but its so worth it.
I felt free like a bird up there.
They play music while you're paragliding. And feel free to dangle your legs like a little kid on a swing.
I highly recommend and I want to try this again. :-)

Epic!! Seeing Medellin from the skies is an experience you will alwaya carry in your heart.
The entire team was fabulous from the time I booked my excursion until I was returned to my hotel.
Communication was amazing, pickup at my hotel was on time (thank you Alex) and we were greeted by Vanessa when we arrived.
I felt safe at all times. Everything was explained and I was grateful to have Emerson fly with me.
The view is breathtaking!!!
Once we were back on the ground, Vanessa quickly uploaded my videos and photos. A keepsake to have always.
Gracias Amigos for making a memory I shall always treasure.

This was an amazing way to bring in my birthday. The driver showed up on time even gave us history about Medellin. Now when you get there you can either climb 300 steps or pay $24,000 pesos to be taken to the top. The guide was awesome make sure that I got some good footage and pictures. I felt safe the entire time. They give you pictures and videos on the spot. They even did a special little tribute for my birthday.

The experience was great! The only issues I had was that we had to wait for hours before we were attended to it had people coming after us and got to fly before us. Another thing is if you don’t want to walk up some stairs you need to pay some pesos so that the driver is able to drive you up to the entrance. (This is something I think should be mentioned before or include this fee in the price) last but not least instead of staying on air for 15 minutes I was up there for 30 minutes instead and got really nauseous and sick. We ended up having to land on another location, wait for taxi to meet up with the driver. I think my instructor name was Carlos he was really nice and helpful.

We’re sorry for the delay before your flight; sometimes flight order can be affected by changing wind conditions and instructor availability, but we understand it can be frustrating and will work on making the process more transparent.
Regarding the optional transport to the take-off point, you're absolutely right — we should make this extra cost clearer in advance, and we’re now reviewing how we communicate this during booking.
As for your longer flight, our goal is always to give an unforgettable experience, but we completely understand how that can become overwhelming. We’ll make sure to better communicate expectations and consider each person’s comfort level more carefully.

We waited for 3 hours even though our RSVP was at 10 AM. I finally took off at 1 PM, but I didn’t even land where I was supposed to. The flight was supposed to last about 15 minutes, but it ended up being 30 minutes in the air, and I landed somewhere completely different — in a field with lots of cows and horses shxt .
That said, the pilot was excellent — he flew very well and helped keep me calm, even though we couldn’t go back up the hill because of the wind. We ended up having to take a taxi back to the starting point, which took another 30 minutes.
