Diego was our private tour guide. He was amazing! He shared lots of information about Bogota and the surrounding area. He was very patient with us during the hike. We were slow hikers and stopped many times to take photos. The lunch was delicious. The views were amazing and the hike was peaceful. We only saw about a dozen people (we went on a Wednesday). I would recommend this tour for those that enjoy the great outdoors and want a moderate challenge. Definitely bring some good shoes.

The experience was exceptional. Our guide, Andres, provided comprehensive insights throughout the tour and assisted with capturing numerous photographs. I wholeheartedly endorse tours led by Andres; his professionalism and punctuality for pickup were exemplary. The sole minor inconvenience encountered was at the end of my tour, which involved a 20-minute delay while awaiting the driver for the return to my hotel. I attribute this to an isolated incident, likely due to traffic conditions. Overall, the experience was outstanding and comes with my highest recommendation.

Excellent way to orient yourself to La Candelaria in Bogota and try a variety of Colombian dishes. I’ve got a healthy appetite and I promise you that you will not need dinner. This is a great tour. 160m up to the Lagoon in Guatavita and 180m down at the Zapiquira Cathedral and salt mine. A wonderful experience both above and below ground. Juan Carlos was a fabulous guide who expertly guided us through the history of El Dorado and the Muisca, Grand Colombia, Spanish independence to modern day Colombian politics. Truly uplifting and inspiring.

A Deeply Moving Experience with a great guide

Well organised tour for the Salt Cathdral

It takes about an hour to pick people up from different hotels and about another hour to get to the Salt mine and Salt cathedral. 2.5 hours inside is more than enough time to see everything. The late lunch was at a BBQ restaurant with good grilled pork and beef - also some vegetarian choices. There is a small amount of time for sightseeing in Zipaqueria at the end before going back to Bogota.

A Great Day in Bogota!!!

Fabio was and amazing guide and Mario was an excellent driver. We would have been stuck literally for hours at Montserrate without Fabio hooking us up with a fast pass. Lunch there was excellent as well. Seeing the Street Art was awesome as was the Gold Museum, which provides some great insight into pre-Columbian Colombian history. Really, there were no low notes in this day as it was a perfect itinerary that hit all the highlights of the city in one day. If you want to see Bogota right make sure Fabio is your guide and Mario is your driver!
