The owner is rude and not willing to refund our money despite providing a wrong address. We explained that no Ubers were in our neighborhood and we couldn’t get one. We let them know we got one and we were on the way. We arrived at 10:15… 15 minutes late due to the uber and traffic. They said they were leaving at 10:16. We let him know we were already there as well. He said because they wanted to leave at 9:45 anyways that everyone was ready to leave us which had nothing to do with us and the time the tour was supposed to start. He’s also rejecting our refund even though he left us and we did not receive the service. Do not recommend. We had more fun going alone anyways. Just go on your own . There’s plenty of guides there available

We normally do not respond to reviews good or bad, but will in this case. The meeting point has been the same spot for the past 13 years. You arrived at the correct meeting point POBLADO METRO STATION, unfortunately you arrived extremely late. All the other 15 guests arrived on time. We made an attempt to accommodate you. We invited you join us on the next scheduled tour, the other guide was on the way, but you wanted to "catch up" to the group that already left the meeting point. They were not going to stop the tour in process and wait for you at another location a second time for you to catch up. I was on the street when you called very noisy, so needed to speak up so you could hear me. After 20 minutes waiting for you to arrive, the group finally told the guide to start the tour because they did not want to wait any longer. As for your last statement. You arrived at the correct meeting point but you arrived too late and it was the group who did not want to wait for you any longer and we had to respect their decision. You blaming Uber for being late more than 20 minutes late is not our responsibility. You were more than 20 minutes late arriving at the correct meeting point.

horrible. I do not recommend and try a different person. He was very rude, and he did not accommodate at all, he had the wrong address and got made i couldn’t find him and left and he was yelling on the phone. multiple people in the city said not good

Christian was fantastic ! Very knowledgable, explained the history in detail, gave us lots of interesting facts, always knew where we were going and what we would do next. Very easy to chat with as we walked around. He even helped me search for a patch for my jacket and when things were looking like we wouldn’t find it he tried one more spot and we ended up finding my patch. Made sure we had lots of breaks, food and drink options and took great photos of us. 10/10 guide would encourage everyone to book this tour. It’s lovely to go backwards (top down) rather than bottom up.

Our guide Camilo was excellent! He not only gave us a tour but took us off the beaten path to places that he frequents himself to create a local experience. He helped us navigate the transit system with ease. We had a lot of fun walking through Comuna 13 & seeing how much it’s grown.

It was a great tour to kick of the trip to Medellin. The guide showed us all the major spots and gave us the history of the community and the meaning of some of the major art works.

Camillo our tour guide was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the area which made the experience worthwhile. He’s very patient and does his best for everyone to enjoy the tour. We met downtown El Poblano, took the metro and the cable cars to communa 13 it felt like a real local experience. One thing I liked was that the tour was not over crowded so it was easy for Camillo to interact with each person and made the experience feel personal. We all felt included.
We visited so many local shops and interacted with the locals. I would definitely recommend this experience.

It is everything as described. Oscar was a great tour guide! He is knowledgeable, helpful and allows you to fully experience the culture taking the metro to the cable car and onto the local bus that commutes to Comuna 13. While there, we ate, took a lot of pictures and learned about the history behind the famous graffiti

Juan was our tour guide. He was very kind, knowledgeable, patient, and informative! I felt like we got a real tour of what Comuna 13 is and was. He shared facts about how some of Pablo’s actions influenced and impacted Comuna 13. Overall, Juan holds a huge influence within the community teaching the next generation English and pouring back into the neighborhood around him. The only thing I wish was that the cable cars were working. We purchased tickets the day of and then got informed shortly after the purchase that the cable cars were out of service at the time of booking. I wish it said that on the tour when booking.

Great tour - my guide Celestial was very friendly, and knowledgable about the neighborhood. Highly recommended. We took the metro to the cable cars to the local bus. Stop for a refreshing paleta if it gets too hot

This was such an enjoyable experience. My tour guide was so knowledgeable and the way he transferred the information kept me engrossed and interested. He painted the history perfectly showing and highlighting every noteworthy place throughout the tour. Christian was absolutely amazing and I’m so glad we did this tour. From the time we stepped into the metro, the storytelling began. He carried us to the coffee spots, the attractions, the bars, the views and allowed us to interact with the people. I highly recommend this tour

It was a nice to experience metro, cable car and bus to reach communa 13 even though we could had taken an uber. The guide Christian kept telling us the history of the place. It was a great experience on our first day in Madellin.

Celestial was an absolutely fantastic tour guide! Her knowledge of the history was impressive — she explained everything clearly and brought the stories to life in a way that was both informative and engaging. On top of that, she was wonderful company throughout the entire tour. Her warm personality made the experience so much more enjoyable. Christian was very informative about the history of communa 13. I very much enjoyed it, he was really down to earth and cool. Be prepared to move around a lot. He also looked out for us in terms of our safety.

This is a must-do tour when you are in Medellin. Aside from the views, culture and everything in between that you will learn, Camilo is an amazing guide who has an outstanding wealth of knowledge. We met up and took public transportation to the area and then walked around, stopped for a few street performances, and went to a restaurant with an amazing view to take photos. We really felt emerged in the area and culture. We were guided by Annie who was amazing! She was kind, informative, and a joy to spend the day with. We were a group of 10 and she was always making sure no one was lost, and that everyone was enjoying themselves.

Thoroughly enjoyed the tour of Comuno 13. Anna was an excellent guide. Aside from learning about the history of Comuno 13, the meaning behind the graffiti was explained. Roamed the busy, noisy streets, soaked up the atmosphere and spectacular views. Enjoyed personalised rap music and an amazing rap dancing show.
An added bonus was the experience of riding on the metro, local buses, giant escalators and the cable car!
This tour ticked lots of boxes for me.
