Mistake in booking info/ from a lady who loves to travel

Your company made a really bad mistake in where to meet at Victoria station. On my booking, on all my info, it say 7. It was not 7 it was 3. We went around and around and asked so many bus drivers. There is no number 7. It goes from 1/5. There is a 7 stop on the entrance to the station, and we thought maybe that. I know computers make mistakes, but you should have picked this one up. We made it my the skin of our teeth. As it turns out at one point for we were just asking for 7, we ran into our bus driver, who was not by his bus, and he was so sweet saying maybe it was across the street. We were just about ready to give up, one more stab. A young black English man said go down the buses ask again. Our driver was waiting for us at 3. I always use your company for tours. I have recommended you anlways. If you look up on your record I called and your AI lady gave me info I had , she also wrote back 7. Our hotel would love to book the travel for us. I said no, I like the way you give me all the info. As you can see this was a very stressful 1/2 hour which I did not need. Donna K Stellini Ps Bus driver was wonderful and I loved the entire adventure. It would have made me very sad if I missed this beautiful countryside at my age of 86. Please let me know how this happened.

The information we learned was great. The war rooms are definitely worth a visit. We were late and the automatic chatbot communications were not helpful so lots of the tour was missed. We were lucky to be able to find the guide en route on our own. I suggest providing the guide with WhatsApp or email contact information of participants.

Terri was amazing. From before trip communication to the end. You must use him for your tours in London. He showed us in awesome ways everything we could possibly see in the London.area. His knowledge of even the smallest details was perfect. We had four adults. I am in a wheelchair and he made sure I could see everything. He listened to our wants and adapted. He always found time to help us enjoy the six hour trip. If you are handicapped I highly recommend. If fully able I highly recommend. I cannot say enough about him. We felt like family and laughed and joked like we were family. If we had more time in London I would book other tours with him!

This bike tour was the PERFECT way to cover the fabulous area to see parks, clock towers, abbeys and palaces in just 3 hours!!! The city was gorgeous! Our tour guide, Hugo was personal and professional! He shared interesting history and tales of the past with humor and grit to bring the history of London to life! He kept the whole group engaged and laughing while sharing fascinating stories about the neighborhood. Very complete tour

The Experience was great. Oxford tour is more historic with a hint of Harry Potter. If you want to go to Christchurch, it is about 20 GBP extra. The fun fact tour could be shorter as if you have children. It can be a little history heavy as for the Harry Potter Studios, did you get four hours and it’s enough if you are not going doing half term break for schools. I could not do any of the outside exhibits because they were full, but this had nothing to do with the tour. Valentina did a great job and I recommend her bring an umbrella and pack a snack because if you want to maximize time at Oxford, you should eat on the bus.

My friend and I enjoyed...

My friend and I enjoyed the tour. Our guides were very knowledgeable. It was easy to meet up and we started at Westminster. She took us through the highlights of this ancient and venerable house of worship before it got too busy. She then made sure we got to Parliament with enough time before our tour to have a quick break. Worth the money. Would recommend.

Westminster Walking Tour

This tour was a great way to see some of the royal family and political sites in London. Ari was a fabulous guide who dealt with the rain and several hurdles (leaf blowers and noisy helicopter included) giving us great insides into London and its historical sites. I would recommend this tour to anyone wanting to walk around London!

Westminster Tour 10/25

Although the Parliament experience was unfortunately cancelled due to security issues, it was promptly reimbursed, which we appreciated. Thankfully, the Westminster Abbey tour more than made up for it—it was absolutely fabulous! The tour was organized with two guides and small groups of around 10 people, which made for a more personal and manageable experience. However, the gentleman we were initially assigned to was very difficult to understand. He mentioned he had just flown in from Italy and that his ears were clogged, which affected his ability to project his voice. Despite our group asking him to speak up, it didn’t improve much. I eventually approached the other guide and requested to switch groups, and she kindly agreed. She was exceptional—a wealth of knowledge, engaging, and passionate about the Abbey’s history. She truly made the tour come alive, and I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting. All in all, despite the hiccup at the start, the Westminster Abbey tour was a wonderful experience.
