What are people saying about Krakow

Unforgettable - for the right reasons!
Our Kraków–Zakopane tour with Mirek was nothing short of incredible. He messaged us the night before with clear pick up details, and from the moment he collected us to the moment he dropped us off, he was exceptional. A true fountain of knowledge with brilliant humour, great stories, and the kind of warmth that instantly puts you at ease.
We began at the UNESCO wooden village, where Mirek told us all about the storks — even pointing out two nesting right above us. Then came the cheese, vodka and wine tasting, arranged with absolute precision. We even got a fantastic photo of my wife and me dressed as Highlanders, which we’ll treasure.
From there we headed into Zakopane, where snow had started to fall — turning the whole place into something magical. Mirek explained how unusual it was for the season, joking that ‘winter had returned’. He advise on the best the shops, local foods, and traditions before we took the funicular up the mountain for stunning views and a wander through the market stalls. We also tried a recommended selection of Polish soups, which were absolutely delicious.
Finally, we arrived at the Chocholow Baths. With the cold air and falling snow, the outdoor pools were honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The mist rising from the water made everything feel dreamlike, and with so many pools to explore, we tried them all.
I would recommend this trip to absolutely anyone — and if you can, ask for Mirek. He turned a great itinerary into an unforgettable day.

Brilliant Tour.
A
Really well organised trip from start to finish.
Picked up on time and travelled in a lovely large coach.
The
Whole day was run by Hubert very professionally and friendly.
The English guide was excellent in both camps.
Would definitely recommend this tour.

A must that everyone should experience.
An exceptional and deeply moving experience. Our driver’s communication was flawless — messaging ahead to confirm pick up and arranging a packed lunch that was well worth it. He guided us smoothly through every stage of the trip. Our English speaking guide was equally outstanding; her personal connection to Auschwitz added a powerful depth to the tour. Her knowledge, professionalism, and compassion brought humanity to a place filled with sorrow. An unforgettable and profoundly respectful visit.

Amazing experience
A totally fantastic day trip filled with activities and some well deserved relaxation at the amazing thermal spas (don’t just think there are the two big main pools, explore the venue properly!). Our guide Oskar was amazing from start to finish, and was an incredibly safe pair of hands driving such a distance. Would highly

A memorable yet sobering trip. ‘Lest we Forget’ ’
The communication once I booked this trip was first class . The pick up time and a request to be picked up just around the corner from the hotel (because it was in a one way street) was all sent in good time . The driver was really good too as was the English Speaking guide. The only criticism I had was that although the guide was very good and we could hear her clearly through the headsets while doing the first part of the tour around the Auschwitz camp, once in Birkenau it was difficult to hear her as there were no receivers or headsets involved. There was approx 30 in the group and the only way to hear her was to get as close to her as possible . Other than that I thought she was very good. She got the pace just right and pitched the information and the story behind the site with the appropriate level of sensitivity.
I highly recommend the lunch that was available to purchase for a very reasonable charge. . It was excellent value and definitely big enough for 2 to share.

Exceptional communication and tour
Exceptional communication and company from pick-up from hotel, to driver to each tour, to the guides as well as back to drop-off. It's a long day and the tours require a faster pace walking given the volume of tourists wanting to visit each site. We were blessed with a great group on our van (very comfortable and you are able to leave your belongings on it while touring each site).

Auschwitz & Birkenau with tour guide Lucy
Our Auschwitz & Birkenau Tour from Krakow was very well organised, but unfortunately our trip pick up was pushed back by 1 hr & 30 min which gave us less time to go around..!
Our tour guide Lucy was amazing & took us around both camps!
She didn’t rush us even tho it was getting dark..
Lucy was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions, Would highly recommended her. Thank you 🫶

Lovey day out
Enjoyed the day from start to finish, booking the trip was easy and had regular updates reminders throughout the booking process. Our driver was brilliant arrived on time was very approachable and kept us informed,he ensured the group was at the correct meeting point and was waiting upon return.
The salt mine tour was very informative and our guide knowledgeable and friendly.
The break could have been a little longer to ensure the older members of the group had more time to use the facilities.

Recommended half day trip
We were picked up from our hotel, the driver Artur arrived on time and was very clear during the morning so we knew how to contact him.
The salt mine was definitely worth the visit, the tour guide was very pleasant, she was very knowledgeable about the history of the mine and answered any questions.
Amazing salt sculptures especially the main chamber.
The mine was comfortable, lots of stairs to go down but the lift brings you back up.

Great and Eye-Opening
The pickup from the hotel was on time and the driver was great. The tour guide is not the driver but you meet the guide at the location in Auschwitz. The first part is a tour through the buildings and then you drive to the second location in Birkenau with the same guide. Such a fascinating experience and sad all at the same time. I went in the winter, so it made me think about the conditions at this time they must have gone through.
I was staying in Krakow so it’s about an hour and a half drive each way.

Highly recommend
Before booking- we went on the chat on the website to get a little more Information, which the were very helpful.
Great price.
Once booked I was contacted via what’s app on details and choice of lunch at an extra cost.
Driver arranged times and pick up which was right outside our hotel.
Smooth transition to destination and clean and luxury car.
Driver was helpful and talked us through everything.
Tour guide was fantastic and explained everything and made the tour smooth and helpful.
We got picked up at 5.45 and was home by 12.30. With a 3 hour tour.
Upon arriving we were given 15 mins for toilet and food in the cafe and the back to collect tickets from driver, which then we walked straight through security and started the tour.
Highly recommend using this company- always a worry of the unknown when booking on websites but it was very easy and the drivers were brilliant.

With its medieval architecture, thriving nightlife, and storied past, Krakow often feels like a contradiction. Krakow tours help you understand the city's complex, vibrant soul. Join an expert guide to hear local history on a tour of the UNESCO-listed Old Town and Wawel Castle, learn more about the darker spans of history on a tour of the Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum, or live it up while bar-hopping in Krakow’s hottest neighborhoods. No matter what you choose, Krakow tours can help you see the city through a new lens.
