This trip was the absolute highlight of our trip to Krakow for my two sons (7 and 10). The ATV tour was a lot of fun and the terrain was no joke. Driving up the river was especially fun. The thermal pool complex was really well designed and well run. Our guide made the day seamless. Overall, a great day.

We booked this Zakopane and thermal baths tour because it advertised hotel pickup, which was priced higher than meeting-point tours available on the same platforms. Unfortunately, the day before the tour we were informed that pickup would instead be at a public bus stop rather than our hotel.
The meeting point itself wasn’t a problem as it was only a short walk, but the issue was that this change was communicated within the 24-hour cancellation window. This meant we had no option to cancel or switch to one of the cheaper meeting-point tours that were available – including versions of the same tour operator offered elsewhere.
Pickup was also confirmed for 8:55am even though the advertised pickup window was 7:30–8:30am.
To be fair, once the tour started everything seemed to run smoothly and the experience was good – Zakopane, the activities, and the thermal baths were all great. However, it was frustrating to pay extra for what was advertised as hotel pickup and ultimately receive a meeting-point pickup with no price adjustment offered by Viator.
I would recommend future travellers if they choose to book this exact tour, that they carefully check how pickup actually works from their hotel before booking, as “hotel pickup” may end up being a nearby meeting point depending on logistics. If the operator or platform would like to review this situation, I would be happy to update this review accordingly.

In such situations, a nearby meeting point is arranged to ensure safe and efficient logistics for all guests.
The pickup time provided in the reservation is approximate, and the exact time is confirmed by the driver the evening before the tour. Small adjustments may occur due to traffic or operational conditions.

We had a fantastic trip with Marco it was a well organised and an all round unforgettable day 🎄 we started out with a trip to zakopane to do quad biking, then we stopped off for cheese, sausages and vodka. We then went to the spa before heading back home. It was well worth the money and our hosts Marco and Sebastian were amazing so friendly and informative. We had excellent communication before the trip.

Top notch experience from start to finish! This is a must if you like an adrenaline adventure mixed with some good food and some relaxation. Our tour guide Niko was fantastic! He was so friendly and taught us such a lot about the country and the natives way of life on route to each activity! Thank you so much to the bus driver too who cooked us beautiful food over the log fire! Get it booked as it will not dissapoint!

This was so much fun! When I went, it was on the ATV and it was amazing; the instructor was super helpful and supportive. Michał made it super fun. The cheese was a 10/10. Doesn't feel super rushed at all, lots of time to relax at the baths. Loved it!

Bart was fantastic - informative, we had a good laugh and he really looked after us on our trip. The staff that led the quad bike rides were kind and helpful too. Beautiful views! We didn't need to wait for tickets for the spa. The spa was good but crowded due to a long weekend and Constitution day weekend so long waits if you want to go on the water slides. I would still go back. Thank you Bart for a great day!

My husband and I both enjoyed the tour. Bart our tour guide was such a nice guy and very informative. The weather was warm so instead of snowmobiles we went on ATV’s. We had so much fun driving through streams and seeing the surroundings. Afterwards we enjoyed the pools. Would definitely recommend.

The whole day was extremely organised, amazing tour guide with great knowledge. We ended up doing quads due to weather but after speaking to the instructors at the centre this seemed the better option as they explained snowmobiles are significantly harder to drive and there’s a lot of stopping because of this. They provided all protective footwear including wellies. We also went to an alternate thermal baths due to renovations, but I have to say this baths was amazing they had multiple smaller pools and it was relatively quiet. If you are thinking of booking I’d definitely recommend!

Simon was our guide, Matin was our driver. We rode the quads and it was amazing! The whole experience is top notch from the quads, bonfire and thermal baths. Our 15 and 16 year old teens loved it too. Highly recommend

What an amazing trip , Kamil our guide was great and couldn’t do enough for us , the quad biking was outstanding our guide Simon was so passionate about his job and even for us 60+ was not a problem the trip is tailored for your ability, the thermal springs were wonderful, swim up bar and it’s snowing but the water is beautifully warm and super easy to pay for drinks etc

Great communication,great host Michal Nowak brilliant experience. We had a fantastic day from start to finish. Not enough snow for the snowmobiles but still we had great fun on the quads. Enjoyed the bonfire and food washed down with mauled wine and vodka.
Ended up at the hot springs which was awesome.
Fantastic day for the price.
Word of advice when going,take some warm clothes and gloves. It was only 2 ° today, but can go to -25°.
