Jacob was our tour guide. He was very friendly and informative. We enjoyed it very much. He showed us around the Jewish quarter and ghetto. His history knowledge was excellent.

We toured on Nov 25th with Jacob. He picked us up in front of our hotel and was early waiting for us in a heated golf cart. Even though it was drizzling, he provided a great tour in the completely covered cart, which included warm blankets. Jacob was knowledgeable about all the areas around Krakow and so friendly. I highly recommend this tour.

Excellent tour. It’s was very informative. Our guide, Matt (I think) was amazing. He picked us up at the hotel and was a few minutes early. He recommended all kinds of local places to go and see. He was extremely knowledgeable.

Jacob was brilliant arrived promptly at the hotel. The golf cart was clean and comfortable. Lots of information both from Jacob and the audio through the cart. Definitely worth this as it is a great way to navigate the city

Jacob was a great tour guide. Not only was he knowledgeable but you could tell that he truly loved the city. He had a lot of little tidbits that he shared and gave us a great recommendation for dinner at a restaurant close to our hotel that served authentic Polish food. Wonderful tour!

We were collected promptly at our hotel by Dominik for or private tour and he immediately wanted to ensure that we were comfortable because it was cool and drizzling. He offered blankets and to lower the side curtains. We opted for the one-hour tour and Dominik helped us to choose which tour would be best for us and was very flexible with us, letting us decide where we wanted to be dropped off at the end of the tour. Highly recommended!

Jacob is an extremely passionate and very knowledgeable guide. From the moment he picked us up at our hotel to the moment he dropped us off we were learning about all things Krakow past and present. As it was just the two of us in the buggy, Jacob was happy to stop off and let us take photos and answer our questions. He also gave us some suggestions for good places to eat afterwards.
We highly recommend the 3 zone tour with Jacob.

I booked this last minute as I wanted a tour of the city, but it was really cold & windy and didn’t want to walk for 2-3 hours. This was a perfect way to experience the highlights of Krakow and stay warm! The tour was the perfect length of time & covered just enough details to give me a good sense of the history & culture. With limited time in Krakow, being able to do this on a golf cart was the right move! Overall great experience!

Good tour to do at the start of your trip and get your bearings. Our guide, Jacob, picked us up bang on time from our hotel and was friendly and informative. We had a very interesting tour of the city and Jacob was happy to plan the route so as to drop us off wherever we requested.

Extremely friendly and helpful tour guide. There were fleece blankets provided which were very welcome. The tour took in all the main sites and is a great way to see the city and work out where you want to visit etc.
