Family trip
This karting experience will be the highlight of your holiday. I was nervous at first but our guide explained everything thoroughly re hand signals and navigating the streets. After 5 mins in the kart, I felt like a pro! It was such a fun experience but the only downside was that it started raining as we were about to drive out however it was thrilling driving in the rain. I would 100% do this karting experience again and highly recommend it if you are in Japan. It was the best part of my trip.

Highlight of our Kyoto stay!
Absolutely recommend this fantastic tour, the three hours flew by and we really enjoyed it. My husband is a sake fan and so this was a must do for him while visiting Japan. I tagged along with a limited expectation as I didn't like sake at all - turns out my husband has been drinking cheap cooking sake in Australia so no wonder I didn't like it! I'm now fully converted and drank sake every night in Japan after the tour. The hosts were very knowledgable and welcoming and the tour included a history of sake, how it is processed, the differences, how to read a sake label (what to look out for) and a series of tasting (with some food) which meant all guests left knowing their own personal taste preference. My husband carried around the little card sized cheat sheet we were given and it was invaluable when ordering sake in restaurants and buying from stores. Sign up, you won't regret it.

Tea and Kimono Ceremony
A beautiful and authentic way to experience a traditional tea ceremony. The staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making the whole experience feel seamless. Dressing up in kimonos added such a special touch—it truly made the moment feel unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience!
Absolutely recommend this experience! Not only is it a nice way to explore outside of the city, but our entire experience at the tasting was incredible. Our instructor walked us through the history and process of sake making, and how different steps of the process influence the end product's taste. He gave us instructions on how to read sake bottles (even if they're in Japanese), and helped us discover which sake profiles we like best! As someone who did not like sake going into this, I would highly recommend doing it (turns out we were just drinking the wrong kind for us!).

Fun Rickshaw Tour
We are a family of four including two teenagers, and we had two rickshaws, one operated by Itaru and the other operated by Sho. This was so much fun and I would highly recommend it! Even though it was raining, we were pretty well-protected under the rickshaws’ hoods and rain covers, and there were also warm blankets. We saw a lot of sights in Asakusa and got a lot of interesting info along by the way, as well as many great pictures. I am glad we did this.

Great Sumo Experience - Memories for a Lifetime!
This activity definitely punched above its weight! Initially, we looked into attending a live Sumo match, but unfortunately none of the tournaments were happening while we were in town so booked this as a best alternative after reading the reviews - REALLY glad we did! For those of us who are not really knowledgeable about Sumo, this was a perfect introduction to the sport and its history. We enjoyed hearing directly from the wrestlers about their experiences in and out of the ring, the food they prepared was delicious, and the opportunity to "wrestle" them in the ring was a memory we (and our teenage nephews) never forget!

Exceptional Tokyo Tour
Sherilyn hosted our tour and was excellent. We had a wonderful time. She worked hard collaborating with us to set a great itinerary for the tour. We saw everything we asked to see, plus more. Sherilyn is very personable and informative providing a lot of information along the way, including history and architecture insights. She even found some great views of Cherry Tree blossoms. The tour tempo was perfect for us. We would highly recommend Sherilyn and this tour.

Fun experience
We learned so much about mochi and had fun making it with a very small group of 4 students. It was a great way to spend time with my 10-year-old. At the end you are served tea along with the mochi you made. It will likely be more than you can eat. Owa is a wonderful instructor!

Great samurai experience with real swords
We really enjoyed this activity. Well organized and the staff was very friendly. They dressed us all up at the beginning. Both the interpreters and the master were very knowledgeable. We got to learn very interesting facts about the samurai and the specific house we were in. We saw a demonstration from the master accompanied by flute playing, we did zen meditation and also some sword appreciation holding real swords. The best part, of course, was the sword training and slashing with a real samurai sword! First we learned the moves with wooden swords and then we all got to apply those moves with a real one. The master was very kind and patient and explained everything throughout the session, always looking out for our safety as well. It was very exciting! I definitly recommend it for anyone who wants a real samurai experience.

Yuca is amazing! First of...
Yuca is amazing! First of all, she is super knowledgeable to not only how to cook ramen and gyoza but to places you need to check and recommendations on foods of all sorts. She was really kind and made the class entertaining while she was a lovely host. She provided tea, all the ingredients, the recipes, and shared the history behind ramen and all the ingredients. 100% recommend!

Get ready for a wild and crazy RIDE!
This was by far the best tour I’ve ever done!! This is the fix for the need for speed. Our guide, Gy, was awesome. He kept us safe while making the tour exciting and took awesome photos to share with us at the end for FREE! An awesome bonus!
The staff is great too, giving us all the needed information to drive safely through the streets of Tokyo. There’s nothing like this in the U.S., where I’m from, or any other country I’ve traveled to, so I’d rate this as a DO NOT MISS experience. I honestly can’t believe it’s legal to do!

Beautiful Experience
A authentic experience and a highlight of my visit to Kyoto. Kimonos were high-quality, accessories generous, and the staff very helpful. The tea ceremony host gave a wonderful introduction, describing all details and the meaning behind each. The house is over a century old, all original construction, and has a beautiful garden on premises. Highly recommended for both solo travelers and mother-daughter couples, though a few gents present seem to have really enjoyed it too
