Top Japan Shows & Performances

Our tour guide Richard was wonderful. He stared the tour off on the right foot by contacting me in advance to find out where we were staying and if there were particular things we wanted to see He picked us up perfectly on time in a beautiful large BMW which was very comfortable. The rest of the day went just as smoothly. We started the day at a large Buddhist Temple, and then went to the Skytree which had amazing views of Tokyo. We asked Richard to take us to the kitchen supply district since we wanted to buy quality knives. He was very helpful in pointing out three shops so we could compare knives and prices. We finished with lunch in one of the posh suburbs. Richard still had more he wanted to show us but my partner was lagging so at our request Richard drove us back to our hotel. At the end of the day we felt that we had really absorbed much of the flavor of Tokyo. Throughout the tour Richard shared his extensive knowledge of Tokyo and Japan. It was a perfect day. We both agreed it was well worth the extra cost for a private guide and will advise our friends traveling to Japan to ask for Richard.

We really enjoyed our tour through the fish market. Our guide was lovely and shared lots of information about Japanese food and culture. Our sushi making class was a wonderful way to start our journey through Tokyo. We learned so much about the importance of technique, process, and traditions. It was fun and interactive for our entire family.

Honestly a great evening out . Food was surprisingly good , drinks to . Staff wonderful and show from start to finish was informative and most of all entertaining and even though this was a demonstration it showed how tough and dedicated these sumo athletes have to becSpent 5 weeks travelling through this wonderful country and trying to get an immersive experience but sometimes you just need a great fun night out and this for me was it .
