What a way to spend the day!

An AMAZING experience. We started with the King's temple, then took a 500 steps staircase to a beautiful view of the valley with a dragon at the top, took a boat ride on the river that looks like a movie, had a delicious lunch, and then took a bike ride to a Buddhist temple on the side of a mountain (it even has caves with bats living inside). Simply put, a great day.

Kun was a great guide, and the entire crew of the boat was just so attentive. Great day on the bay

This is a great way to experience Halong Bay if you are short on time in Vietnam. The tour is well organized and brings you to three very nice stops once out on the bay. The bus was comfortable, the boat was very nice, and lunch had lots of options. Our guide, Mike, really made this a great experience. He was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor, cracking jokes throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this tour.

We booked this to clear immigration and customs quickly in Hanoi. Our flight was a bit late but Jimmy was waiting for us with a sign. We got through very quickly and he waited until our bags arrived and then escorted us through customs and took us to where we could purchase SIM cards. Quick, easy and so much better than going through the process on our own. Excellent service from Jimmy—very professional.

Great way to see some of Hà Nội.

This was a great way to see some of the highlights of Hà Nội. It was really cool sitting in the back of the jeep as we drove around. David was our guide and he was really helpful. We started with lunch at an amazing place called Hidden Gem which was just that. Four stories of a hidden bar/cafe that was just seen as a sign over a laneway. B52 memorial was sobering, train street was surprisingly hectic and the residential area was an insight into local life. Highly recommended.

A very relaxing trip

Hanoi's Old Quarter has restrictions on where buses can go so the guide picked us up from the hotel and guided us through a short 2mins walk to where the bus was waiting. The guide provided a lot of info on the way to the bay. There was a stop at the perl farm, very educational. It's up to you if you wanted to buy any pearls, there was no pressure whatsoever. Once we boarded the catamaran, it was a very good mix of activities and relaxation with amazing food. You can either stay in an airconditioned room or go outside upstairs for better views, drinks and jacuzzi. The included lunch was a six course set menu, quite yummy and filling. Plenty of drinks options (both alcoholic and not) are available for purchase. Activities included a short 30mins boat ride through a cave (or if you are brave and don't mind rowing in 35C heat - two-seat kayak instead of a boat), swimming at the back of the catamaran and a class of making rice paper rolls (with an impressive demo of chef's skills to cut various shapes our of vegetables!). No pressure to participate in either and if you want to just relax - you could just stay in the room the whole time and enjoy the views.

This was an awesome trip. The buffet was excellent and delicious. There were so many dishes to chose from especially in the seafood section. The tour was well organized. The views were awesome. It felt like you were on a regular cruise. Drinks were not included but sold at a decent price. Fantastic Tour!

Lots to see

Our guide Tom and the driver really looked after us all day, we were collected from our cruise ship on time , in an air conditioned comfortable car. We saw so many different interesting attractions during our day, Tom was very knowledgeable about them all. One stop was for an Egg Coffee, really creamy, a must do! The included lunch was lovely, the restaurant and staff really nice. The mad traffic is an experience like no other, both fab and mad, our driver did a great job. Thank you Tom we had a really great day spending just the right amount of time at each attraction.
