Great experience. Mr Long was very knowledgeable. A very enjoyable evening. However a group of 13 is too large really. Ideally 8-10 persons would work better especially for the food and keeping to the schedule.

This is a must do! Every location we went, the food was amazing. We would have never found them ourselves. I cannot say enough great things about our guide Travis and his trainee. Not only was he a professional, he made the streets of Hanoi navigable. He knew so much about the food and history of Hanoi. He went completely above and beyond after the tour by getting us a Grab (Uber) and waited on a busy Saturday night to ensure our safety. Travis is the man! He is an asset to the travel industry at only 21 years of age.

Wonderful food, a great variety, fantastic guide, very knowledgeable & fun.
It was very wet because of the typhoon but that did little to spoil our adventure, it only added to the experience.

I really enjoyed my first exploration into North Vietnamese food. Ashley took us to three restaurants and a cafe on train street to watch the train pass us by twice. She was very informative regarding the Vietnamese traditional food such as Pho, Bun Cha and Bahn My. Plus we had a great sticky rice and coconut dessert.. she did set a cracking pass but it was incredibly busy as it was on a Sunday night leading into a national holiday and the restaurants were very busy.

I had an awesome time with Stella!!! She had such great, bubbly energy and was very good at making everyone feel at home. She also introduced us to Vietnamese foods we've never tried before, although we have Vietnamese friends and have been to Vietnam before. I was very pleasantly surprised. We did this tour right before we had to leave for our flight, and despite having some negative experiences earlier in our trip before the tour, I do want to thank Stella for letting us end our trip to Hanoi with a fun and great time. Thanks again!
Also, we did the train part. I kid you not, we saw it pass by 5 times. I think only two were scheduled, the rest were "surprise" or unexpected. So, you definitely have many chances to get your train shot.

This walking tour through Hanoi's old quarter was a fun experience. Our guide April deftly guided us through some crazy traffic to some out of the way places where we ate some delicious food. I even tried durian. She was easy to converse with and was very knowledgeable about the food and Hanoi. We also enjoyed the craziness that is train street 😀

Chloe had excellent English, which made the tour easy for us. She changed the order of the tour to enable is to see the train, which was perfect. We had a variety of foods during the food tasting part of the tour. What I found really useful from a previous Hanoi food tour, was that the guide communicated after the tour by WhatsApp, and sent us the street addresses of places we had visited, along with some other recommendations and some group photos. This made it easy for us to find the places we wanted to return to, and was a valuable add on.

She also catered to my vegetarian diet. Our group was fun and I even went out for a drink with one of the girls I met during the tour afterward before going home.
