This was the perfect way to spend our first morning in Hanoi! The staff is very knowledgeable about the coffee culture here in Vietnam! It was awesome to be able to try all the different types of coffees that we would see at cafes throughout the rest of the trip because we knew exactly which ones we loved and wanted to order again. They arranged a seamless pick up and drop off for us as well. Highly recommended!

Val was a fantastic host, the whole family really enjoyed the experience. One out of the four of us is not a coffee lover at all, however even he loved the coffee and the experience! We would highly recommend doing this workshop whilst in Hanoi, we know you won't regret it. Val is full of coffee knowledge and made the experience enjoyable.

Comprehensive workshop giving detailed, hands-on instruction how make make various Vietnamese coffees. You will be provided with some notes (recipes) digitally at end of course. The presenters were great and made it a bit of fun. Don't drink ANY coffee before you go on the day!

We absolutely LOVED this experience! Phil was so kind and knowledgeable, and we learned a ton of history along with how to make 6 different types of coffee. The class was fantastic. As a solo traveler, the class was very open, inclusive and easy to feel comfortable within the group.
Lin was engaging as the host and instructor, involving each class attendee in the processes and encouraging questions.
Would recommend to anyone visiting Hanoi and interested in learning more about the local customs and life.

Absolute must do before leaving Vietnam! I did an 8am workshop with Val and she was AMAZING. She was super funny and taught me a lot about coffee growing in Vietnam and the history behind the famous drinks. I’m so happy to be able to take a piece of Vietnam home with me.

I had such an amazing experience. Luka is professional and extremely knowledgeable. The class was very organized, informative, and helpful. We learned the three most known coffee recipes in Vietnam and the company has the products available for purchase so you can make it at home. Highly recommended.

As a non-coffee person this workshop was still incredibly fun. Lin was excellent as a teacher and the whole experience was very smooth and efficient. All of the coffees that you make are unique from each and really give you a chance to explore and find what option you like best. The quality of the preparation shows as similar coffee in other areas around Hanoi did not match up to just how good the cups in class were. Since returning we have been experimenting and recreating all of the coffees from class and have found a new favorite (salt coffee) to make on a regular basis.

I did the coffee workshop on a rainy day and it was the best plan! Preparing and tasting the different types of Vietnamese coffee is a lot of fun especially if you like the world of coffee.
If I had to criticize something, it would be that it sells you robust coffee as if it were good when the reality is that this variety is used in a much more commercial way.
