The BEST Cooking Class Ever!
This was absolutely the highlight of our trip to Florence. It was extremely easy to find and was super engaging! Narghess was our host and it was absolutely the best because of her enthusiasm and knowledge. The class was wonderful and really enjoyed the ability to sit down and eat our pasta inside the restaurant once we finished making the pasta. We would absolutely recommend this to anybody!

Really great class. It...
Really great class. It was a master pasta making class that served lemons sorbeto rather than pasta and gelato making. That’s okay because we made 3 different pastas and pasta sauces. Our lead chef was awesome, explained how to make everything with a lot of detail. There were other families along with ours with kids in the class as well and the head chef and her assistant helped the kids if they needed it and included them in the sauce making demonstration It was lovely and now we know how to make 3 types and weee given a digital copy of all the recipes they use for their classes.

So Much Fun!!
We had a wonderful time with our Chef and instructor, Leo. He was very knowledgeable about the process and a lot of fun to work with! The group we were working alongside was small, making the experience personal and fun!! If you are looking for a fun culinary class while you are visiting Italy, I highly recommend going to Cucineria La Mattonaia!

Great Family Outing!
We came with our 15-year-old son and 18 & 20-year-old daughters. This was a fabulous family outing! Not only did we make fun shared memories but had a delicious meal. Our host was funny and it was a great time all the way around! I highly recommend it!

The “Cradle of the Renaissance” is also the birthplace of one of Italy’s most beloved cuisines, so why not learn how to prepare classic dishes in a city kitchen or Tuscan farm at a Florence cooking class? Roll up your sleeves and prepare fresh pasta, authentic pizza, creamy gelato, and other crowd-pleasers. Opt for one-on-one private instruction or meet other aspiring cooks with a small-group class; you can even shop at a Florentine market like a local. Celebrate your new kitchen skills with a final tasting or meal—often served with a glass of local wine for an authentic Tuscan experience.
