What are people saying about Costa Rica

Great tour and guide
It was my family’s first time in Costa Rica. Visiting the national park was top of our list of things to do/see. Our tour guide Javier was so nice, knowledgeable, and had a sharp eye for spotting even the smallest animals. He was quick to set up his scope and share scientific information on each animal and their importance to the country. Thanks to him we were able to see both species of sloths, howler monkeys, capuchin monkeys, different butterflies, bats, different birds, tadpoles hanging from a leaf, hummingbirds, iguana, land crabs, aracari, stick bugs. We also spent some time on the Manuel Antonio beach and he even educated us about the poisonous Manchineal tree that is often found on Costa Rican beaches. The only negative about the excursion, that is no fault of Javier the tour guide, is there’s a lot of walking. Might not be ideal for young children unless you have a stroller. We had an 8 and 10 year old with us and it was hard for them because of the heat and humidity. We would still highly recommend this tour and Javier. Pura vida!

Ivania was amazing!
This is an easy flat walk through a nature preserve with one suspended bridge. We saw several (8??) sloths, some of which had babies, and many of which were active (eating, scratching, climbing) without any intervention from the tour guide. If a tour guide “whistles” at the sloth, that’s cruel behavior! This lets the sloths know a predator (a hawk) is coming. This company treats the sloths with respect! Our guide, Ivania, was incredible.

Great excursion for all
This excursion was great for the entire family! We have 4 young kids and everyone enjoyed the music, the slides jumping from the boat, and relaxing on the trampoline like nets at the back of the boat. The crew was very attentive and routinely offered fresh drinks for both adults and kids. The spit that the chose to have us enjoy a swim in the water was calm which made it easy for families to look after multiple children. Kids and adults alike all enjoyed the slides and jumping off the deck. The food was incredibly authentic, restaurant quality with generous portions and plenty to go around. I highly recommend this excursion as a way to spend quality time together while relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery.

My Family wanted to but I was scared!
We had an absolutely great time. Every team member was kind and serious about our safety. I was not looking as forward to this as my family but once the team got me excited I had the best time. There were 3 dogs that we loved petting- Phillipé, Lucy, and Rocky Balboa. Our driver and number one fan of our family was so nice and helpful. Justin was great at showing us technique and what not to do! We rappelled down the platform at the end and got pictures from the paparazzi for us through out the trip. Wear comfy pants or longer shorts. Wear shoes that can grip is it is wet. There is a locker for your items so that you do not have to carry it all with you. The food and drink were delicious. Safety was everyone’s man concern and we liked that. Super clean transport. Super clean restrooms. Water stops all over! Highly recommend.
