First of all, Damian (our tour guide) and Carlos (our shuttle driver) were two of the nicest and amazing people we’ve ever met. They explained every step, made sure everybody was comfortable and having a great time. The cenote was an experience like no other. You won’t be too claustrophobic, as it’s not that tight of a space. Amazing views and beautiful water. The lagoon was also amazing, we got to see tons of fish and float around. The lunch they serve was also the best burrito I’ve ever had. Overall, 10/10 experience.

Worth paying extra for small group

My husband and I both enjoyed this trip. Communication pre trip was clear and friendly. Pick up was on time, and the guide & driver were both excellent. The time spent at each place was perfect, as was the amount of information given. The only negative was the van - zero legroom and a bit of a bone shaker! But being in a small group was definitely our preference.

Excellent tour!

This was a long day, but well worth it. We entered Chichen Itza before the crowds arrived. Next we visited a beautiful cenote for a chilly but refreshing swim. The buffet lunch afterwards was very good and offered a variety of foods. The final stop was Ek Balam. There were very few visitors here, and we were able to climb the pyramid. Our guide, Alex, and our driver, Edgar, were fabulous. I highly recommend this tour. We visited in May 2026.

Memorable experience with family

Tour was excellent, tour guide is knowledgable. Travel is relaxing. Visiting Chichen itza, one of the 7 wonders of the world is smooth with free time and opportunity to explore. Passing by cenote and swimming in fresh water before travelling back is an excellent stop after a warm tiring day.

Great tour! We had such a fantastic experience and felt like we were transported in time to Mayan Culture. Our guide Rodrigo and driver Alberto were just the best, Rodrigo being half Mayan himself was able to give us the best understanding of the culture and site. If you have a tour I cannot recommend asking for him enough. Emotional and historical trip for sure! The timing was an early morning start ~5am (small minibus ~18 people transfer on time arrival to our hotel) and we arrive before the crowds so was great to see the wonder of the world without too many people + early tour drop off works well for us as we had the afternoon and evening free to relax and catch up on beach time Tips - take a packed lunch for early start, water bottles, and some cash for tips for the incredible tour Thanks again for the tour and we will be sure to recommend

Amazing Cenote

The shop at the very beginning was nice to get to know about customs, but the prices of everything are just too high. The Cenote is amazing. Beautiful, pleasant to swim in, stunning. Something that you will definitively won't see anywhere else. This particular cenote is really big. The stop at Valladolid is quite pointless. Chitchen Itzá doesn't need further introductions or selling. It's a must-see. About the guide, Ismael, great guy and he gave a lot of good insight about Mayan culture and language which we really liked, but he had two tendencies that were a bit annoying: 1. Every 3 words he would switch languages (english/spanish). It would have been better to just say the entire idea in one language, and then the other. If not, it sounds like an echo, specially if you speak both. 2. many guides we found in México are quite coddling towards the guests/customers, which is not something I personally like... I am an adult (doesn't seem to be Ismael's personal thing).

Outstanding trip

I went with my daughter she’s 15. I was a long day but so worth it we did so much. Chichen itza did not disappoint, the lunch was great loads of food all really tasty. The cenote was incredible so picturesque and the town was pretty. Lalo, Hugo and Edwardo the guides and driver were brilliant

This was so much fun! We had the BEST tour guide, Kevin aka Moto Moto. He was hilarious and made all of the experiences (cenote, atv, and zipline ) an amazing adventure. The only warning I would have for travelers, is when you start out at this location, they try to upsell you with packages, and you don’t need them.. And bring your own water shoes if you have them cause that’s an extra $25. Davie our photographer was also wonderful and Ignacio the tequila master. But Moto Moto stole the show 🤩 ~~ Scarlett D and 4 bachelorette mamacitas 💜

We enjoyed a great day of outdoor activities in this beautiful park setting. The food selection and quality was great, especially the dinner! Every employee is positive and service-oriented. I lost my prescription glasses and clip-on sunglasses. Your team found them quickly and gracefully.

Good time

Great company. Buses were clean, comfortable and had AC. Susana was the best. She knew how to keep your attention and added a mixture of humor that we really appreciated. She spoke English and Spanish and did a good job relaying information. Cenote was my favorite part of the excursion since it was my second time visiting the Ruins. I do not swim so I was very happy to be provided with a life jacket. It gave me courage and I was able yo enjoy the water with my friends. I highly recommend this excursion. Only issue I had was the length of time it took. We left our resort at 8am and did not return until almost 8pm. We even considered catching a taxi from Playa del Carmen to our resort because we were exhausted and ready to go back after the leaving the Cenote. After finding out the price of a taxi we ended up staying lol. We shopped, got ice cream and attended happy hour at one of the bars. It turned out to be a nice experience once we made the best of it. Overall I would give this excursion a 9.
