Our tour operates daily ‪from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm‬, we depart from Marina Cun Maran at Blvd. Kukulkan Km. 5, Cancun Hotel Zone. The Check in is everyday ‪at 9:00 am‬ and closes ‪at 09:45 am‬. In case you need Roundtrip Transportation from your hotel (Cancun, Playa Mujeres or Riviera Maya) please select the Tour grade with Transportation and we will confirm the pick up time based on your hotel location.

This trip was a blast. Our tour guide was DAX, he was ammmzing. Dax brother, you rock. Crew was super nice, professionals. Dax keep entire trip live. I wish we had more time at the Island, that’s another reason to come back. Our family left with beautiful memories. Love all the crew members.

The description is NOT what was done on this your. We were promised snorkeling for half hour and we snorkeled for only 15 minutes and only saw 3 fish. The tour guide kept screaming to stay with the group and was annoyed. The description says private beach party and there was no private beach. Drinks were watered down and not good. Food at the beach was cold and nothing special it was more like an appetizer. We were given a time to return to the boat dock and most of the people except 2 and we waited 30 minutes for them just sitting there with nothing to do and they just scrolled in like they didn’t know why everyone was mad. No spinnaker included.

The staff is scam

We were ready for a fun day on JUly 6th 2025 The tour began kind of good with drinks and instructions. We don't undersatnd Spanish and it was very hard or willingly done by the tour guide Baeo to translate the instructions in English for us, twice we had to ask him to lower the music volume so we can hear him (BTW the music was off when he was speaking in Spanish) After that the Snorkeling part went good, drinks were surved all the time on boat. We reached the island, the beach house food was nothing great and BTW no reserved beach chairs at the beach house so we decided to rent the golf cart first then hang out at the beach if we have time left after and pay out of our pocket for beach chairs. Our guide Baeo said that we can rent the cart through him and as a toursit would do to trust the tour guide and we did the same. This is when our experience goes worse We paid $70 cash to the tour guide to rent the golf cart and when we sat in the vehicle he told us its for an hour and if we are running late we should inform him on whats app and also suggested 2 viewing points to visit on the island. We started our tour and stopped at both the suggested view points for 5 minutes each. I messaged him when we started to return back from Sur point(the farthest point) That we are running late and came back as sson as we can to return the vehicle. Upon returning the golf cart The rental company people asked us more money because we were over 1 hour and we said We had already informed Baeo that we are running late. They started to threaten us to call police if we don't pay extar for additional time. We left from there and told them to contact Beao because we did the deal with him not with the rental company. After that Baeo started to ask us more money and continous messages on whats app and when we refused why should we pay extra because it was not mentioned to us while renting the cart. He started to threaten us That he will not take us back to Cancún and he will not allow us to board his boat. What nonsense is this First he ripped us off, cheated us charged us more and including his rental company friends threatening us of police and not letting us board the boat. We asked around and found out that all other golf cart rental company in town is charging $40/ hour and he got $30 extra from us. He knew we cannot come back in 1 hour because it’s more than 7km distance each way and they will charge us more for going over the time limit. We are American tourists came to enjoy the beautiful island of Isla Mujeres It was as such a bad experience and we would never recommend this company. I tried to reach the tour company multplie times from the dock but because of poor signal was not able to connect properly. Multiple times I had compalined to the tour comapny they did not help us and said that we were 40 minutes late to return the cart which is not true at all. I need refund of this tour fee of $300 Plus $80 at the dock. Not worth the stress me and my kids have to go through it on vacation. A tourist wants fun and nice memories to take hom with them not stress of police and leaving someone behind on the island. I will attach the screen shots if Viator lets me.

I booked this excursion with pickup time of 8:10am I received a call at 7:19am that my driver was behind so be in the lobby at 8:40-8:45. I waited in the lobby at 8:40 until 8:48am when I received a call saying I missed my shuttle. I stated how when I’ve been waiting the 1 driver that was there wasn’t for me. I told them that I received a call to be outside at 8:40-8:45 and they stated they have to get with a manager to confirm that and they’ll call me back. They called back at 9:03am and restated what I said saying my time was pushed back. I asked to speak with a supervisor regarding a refund. They said that one would call me back but never did. I filed a claim with my bank and the bank told me that they stated that services were rendered. I had to appeal that claim I’m still currently fighting for my $170 right now from May. Do not book with them they are fraud. It’s unfair and unprofessional that I didn’t get my excursion, didn’t get a drink nor lunch so they didn’t lose money on me but I’m still paying for this.

The snorkeling was really rushed, not a cool/relaxing time. The Isla golf cart tour was only about an hour, and it felt like the stops were more about you getting more chances to buy stuff. Very touristy. The staff was all friendly and courteous. Chimichanga helped "save" our trip when he hooked a barracuda on the way back and let my eldest daughter reel it in (that was the highlight of the tour).

Nice day trip to Women’s Island

Nice sailing on the sea. Lunch was good. We rented a golf cart and explored the island. The boat was crazy loud while coming back. Some planned activities were not appropriate for some of the guests.

Suicidal driver people bribing to get on the ship...hitting on all young woman location dropped off was swampy dirty....picked worse spot on a beautiful island 1st stop was good but no sense of security ..did not want to stay on this part of isla plus their golf cart scam was outrageous

Beach Club Experience * Not focused on exploring Isla Mujeres

This tour definitely needs to communicate more clearly what they offer. It would have been helpful to receive a message confirming the pickup time in the morning, as I had no way of knowing if the tour was running late or canceled. I was told I would return by 5:00 PM, but the boat didn’t arrive back until after 5:30 PM, and the pickup time was also delayed by a couple of minutes. They did message me back on WhatsApp before the van arrived. The van driver was a really nice guy. The focus of the tour was more on the beach club experience, which was nice for those who want to experience a beach club; however,my intention was to explore the center of Isla Mujeres. I wanted to go to a coffee shop and walk around in addition to spending some time at the beach. I payed $1,200 for a golf cart, thinking it would allow me to explore Isla Mujeres more, but we only drove for 20 minutes with very short stops and no time to truly explore. I thought we had the option to rent lockers at Beach Club but we did not - this could have been a misunderstanding on my end. The adult boat was supposed to have fewer people and better drinks, but the drinks were quite watered down, and the experience felt crowded. My goals were to visit the island and snorkel, but unfortunately, both experiences didn’t turn out as expected. I was disappointed to learn that snorkeling was only available for swimmers, which wasn’t communicated beforehand. This information would have been useful before booking. I paid extra for the adult section with the expectation of fewer people and a better snorkeling experience, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to participate. It is not the tours fault - I don’t have strong swimming skills. However, I had snorkeled in the past and was looking forward to it. Waiting on the boat in the sun while others snorkeled felt like wasted time for me.It would have been great to know about the no-sunscreen policy for snorkelers ahead of time, so guest knew not to put sunscreen. Multiple people on the boat were smeared with sunscreen. * The staff were very friendly and worked hard to create a positive atmosphere, and the food was good, though there could have been more options. To improve this tour they should just advertise it as a beach club experience and snorkeling for those with strong swimming skills. I would recommend this for someone who is looking to party and not really focused on exploring the Island. The employees do create an atmosphere for those looking to have a fun time!

It was a wonderful day. We were one of two English speaking couples, catered to the Spanish, but tried to include us. At times we didn’t know what was going on, however, it was still a blast on the boat! The buffet was ok, but the island is beautiful. We were picked up in Playa Del Carmen at 7:30a and got back around 7pm..so it is a long day. But worth the money, we had a blast!

The staff were fabulous! Omar, the captain and all the rest of the crew were welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed the golf cart ‘convoy’ up to Punta Sur. The snorkeling was chaotic with many people seeming not to really know what to do or how to snorkel in a group. It would have been better with a longer snorkeling time so we weren’t as rushed.

This tour was a birthday trip for my friend and we enjoyed it tremendously. We did an upgrade to the adult only boat and our tour guide Dax was fun and entertaining and ensured that everyone had an amazing time… the music was popping, drinks was in abundance and the food was great… Will definitely recommend it for anyone looking to have a fun time.

Best trip but worst travel operator

This is the 3rd time I’ve done Isla Mujures boat trip and to be honest it’s the worst one I’ve been on with this operator. Unfortunately everything was done in Spanish because we where the only English speaking despite it being advertised as multilingual. They didn’t make it very fun compared to previous companies. I will say the beginning of the trip they helped my mother in law with reduced mobility with the wheelchair and getting across the beach. However, once we had tipped at the end, it was like they had our money and ran. No help at all. Tried to put us on the wrong bus back. Driver took 3 hours to get us from pick up to boat because he just wanted a cigarette every stop. On the way back it was late and the driving was awful especially with having my 3 year old on board. Almost crashed twice and hit a big hole at 110kmph causing us to leave our seats. 3 stars for the initial help with my mother in law and the island itself being incredible. But I would never use this operator again

We were not on a catamaran but a boat. Snorkeling was awful very choppy water. We were rush in Isla mujeres only 40 minutes to shop then they didn’t feed us till 3pm so we went 8 hours without eating and then the transportation back was the bumpest ride I ever took I ended up with a massive headache

Horrible communication and bad food!

I did not pay for transportation and I wasn’t informed that there was no parking available for my vehicle. I had to pay $300 pesos to leave my vehicle at the hotel. The tour guide was not very informative we spent 1 hour looking for parking that was ridiculous. The buffet food was disappointing. I would never book that tour again.

The boat crew was amazing! German is such a kind caring person and really made everyone feel appreciated for doing the tour. The boat ride was smooth and safe. The only thing "bad" was the snorkeling. I felt it was too crowded and confined in a small area of the water. I kept bumping into others. But overall, it was a great tour. I wish the golf carts would have been mentioned prior to better plan and maybe even included in the tour cost and also the $20 fee. That should be included in the tour cost up front. But overall, the tour was great.

Everything was wonderful, transfers were seamless. The guides on the boat were great. You don't snorkel for very long but it is beautiful and we saw fish and the underwater statues. The first beach is beautiful compared to the second beach where they give you more time unfortunately. Just wish we had more time at the first beach. The food was good.

I recently booked an excursion with this tourism company, but unfortunately, they canceled it at the last minute. Initially, their customer service was excellent, providing prompt and clear communication. However, once it was time to process my refund, the communication became inconsistent and lacking. As a customer from the US, I found the sudden shift in their communication unsettling. Proper and timely communication is crucial, especially when handling cancellations and refunds. This experience has made me hesitant to trust their services in the future.

The staff was very organized from the time we arrived at the meeting location until our return. What disappointed me the most was the picture and description of "spinnaker". Don't expect to fly on a sail while the boat is in motion! The pictures indicates you will. I also was disappointed that after docking there's nowhere to sit on the beach under a shaded umbrella on a lounge chair unless you pay approximately $50.00 u.s. They literally will kick you out the area. They do feed you taco buffet style and beverages including beer is unlimited. Knowing that the food and drinks were free we didn't bring much cash, so just be prepared to have a minimum of $150.00 to pay for the golf cart, lounge chairs and snacks after porting. Oh and they do EXPECT tips.

For starters the trip I booked did not match the same boat in the picture. Then to top it off the boat was late and the driver took off and left us stranded. DO NOT BOOK WITH VIATOR OR THIS COMPANY. I had to find my own way back to my hotel and pay after paying extra for transportation fees, the boat was late to the dock which was out of our control and this company did not care, they didn’t text or call to check on our status. When I did call they said well what time did the boat arrive, apparently later then they cared to wait which once again out of our control. Offered no solutions until they realized I was irate ( what American woman wants to be stranded in Mexico). BEWARE they just want your money and refused to refund for the fees I had to pay to get back to my hotel. Not even enough time spent on Isla Mujeres. They just want to drown you in alcohol and take your money.
