It was a good trip and Nav was very knowledgeable , however it could be done in much shorter time,not much to do once you see the lighthouse.

We were informed by our cruise line 22 hours before our tour that we would skip Halifax due to weather, the tour operator and Vistor could care less no refund, think twice before using them.

Driver very friendly and informative about the history of areas;
Make sure you visit all the shops and museums down hill and around lighthouse;
October was a great time to visit - not so crowded;
1st time I had a Lobster roll and it was worth the price - yummmm

This tour took us to a lovely place but the transport and comfort level was very poor. 6 people in a regular SUV. We were stuck in the rear seat along with another large person, so 3 across. The windows were tiny and we could not see the scenery as we drove the approximately 45 minutes to Peggy’s cove. I was in the middle sitting on a seat belt buckle and my partner was scrunched against the wall. Very Very uncomfortable. We hoped the other passengers would switch seats on the return trip but they did not. We feel we got short changed since we were unable to enjoy the scenery, we could not hear the driver’s comments in the back, we had very painful seating, and the entire trip there and back was unpleasant. We should have found a bus tour with legroom and large windows. This was disappointing and not what I have come to expect from Viator.

Nav was our private driver and he was awesome. He communicated with us the pickup location, narrated the entire drive with points of interest. Pulled over for pictures and was awesome.

Nice drive out to Peggy’s Cove with our driver, Nav. Super-nice guy with lots of stories about Halifax and the surrounding area. The ride was pleasant, Nav was a good driver, and we got to spend 2 hours walking around Peggy’s Cove. We didn’t feel rushed and the day was beautiful, so we took our time checking out the small town. All in all, a very nice day! Many thanks to Nav for letting us sit back and enjoy his tales!

In Halifax, we chose a private tour to beautiful Peggy's Cove.
Our driver and guide, Arsha, was friendly and knowledgeable and made the day a pleasure.
He ended the tour by dropping us off at Cows Ice Cream which made our 2 year old granddaughter's day.

We met him and found communication through text very easy. Meeting at the designated point to visit Peggy’s Cove was smooth, and the whole experience was lovely. The scenery was breathtaking, and we had the chance to learn a lot about the area. The weather was perfect, making our visit even more enjoyable. Everything went really well, and it felt like the perfect time to explore this beautiful part of Nova Scotia.

Great tour! Very comfortable vehicle. Sim was a great tour guide with so much information and stories. Peggy’s Cove was one of the highlights out of all of our cruise ports. We had 2 hrs to explore and enjoy the area. Would highly recommend.

We had 4 people in a small suv that you couldn’t fit anyone in the 3rd seat. So 3 people crammed into the back seat, so crammed you couldn’t put a seat belt on. We thought we were getting a suburban with 5 people with Harsh. But it seems everyone’s name is Harsh. We were dropped off for 2 hrs, he told us he would return to pick us up. But no, another small car with a new driver came and picked us up. So 3 people crammed into a back seat, I had to actually sit on my side back. And they didn’t inform us another driver was going to pick us up. So here we are getting into another car with a stranger. I think it might be their personal cars. 2 hrs was way too long in the cold and wind. I can say the drivers were very nice, but had a hard time understanding them. But he’d only been in the country for 2 yrs, But for 2 yrs he learned the language pretty good.

I didn’t feel it was worth it for the money that we paid. It was disappointing and misleading. Was not explained that two out of the four hours was traveling back-and-forth there. There was no reason to stay in the town of Peggy’s Cove for two hours.

This was not a tour but basically an Uber ride to Peggys Cove and back to Halifax. Our driver provided no tour at all but drove directly to Peggys Cove ( 1 hr drive) and shared a few facts about Halifax (that he had obviously memorized) while he drove. He dropped us off at Peggys Cove and then returned two hours later to pick us up for the return trip to Halifax. Peggys Cove is a beautiful quaint little costal town with a couple of restaurants, shops and light house. We enjoyed the time at Peggys Cove very much and don't regret the excursion. However this is not a tour, just round trip transportation from Halifax to Peggys Cove.

There is no tour.. they drop you off at Peggy's Cove for shopping and eating. It's a small place and you don't need 2 hours there..it's windy and hilly so if you have trouble walking forget it. On the way there the driver talks so slow and boring about some Halifax history.. i almost fell asleep..I recommend you NOT take this tour cause there's no tour unless you count the hour ride there. On the ride coming back to our shop he didn't talk about anymore history.. we talked to the people in the car with us..

This was nothing more than an expensive Uber ride. The guide/driver didn’t know much about Halifax and he was late picking us up

There were four of us in the vehicle plus the driver made five. It was a small SVU. One of the other passengers had to squeeE into the luggage area. (Hatchback). No water or refreshment was offered as was advertised.

The tour wasn't what we expected. We were expecting a guided tour. Had trouble locating the driver as we were looking for a tour bus when actually we were collected by a driver in a private car. Driver was very friendly and included an additional stop.
