Included all the interesting places to visit. Especially liked Granville Island and Stanley Park. With 4 trolleys never waited too long to get back on. The tour guides I had were very entertaining and interesting. Only negative is no standing room. If seats get filled you need to wait for next trolley (didn't happen to us). Live map shows you where all trolleys are at any time (pretty nice).

Nice laid-back tour around the City of Vancouver. I enjoyed the insider’s knowledge of fun facts I wouldn’t know as a tourist. The seats were comfortable. It’s a great way to learn the City if first visiting to get your bearings. I would take this tour again.

I got hurt while on the tour. Our guide and driver were so kind. They called an ambulance and waited until it arrived and I was treated. The owner came and made sure that I got a ride home. He checked with me the next. Wonderful gentlemen all

Great way to see the city. We did the 2 day ticket and we were able to see all the sights. We traveled with our two teenagers and it was a great way to learn about the area. All the guides were fantastic. Would do again.

Not only did we see the sights of Vancouver but we heard the history of the city in the most fun and engaging way from our driver, Grant, and guide, Braydon. Their repartee kept us laughing and listening on a delightful tour of the city. So much more fun than a recorded tour on headphones. We would highly recommend!

We had Dan and Jake as our host and driver. They were fantastic! Loved the storytelling and heritage from Dan as we drove. He had a way with humor that made it fun and lively! Very knowledgeable about various aspects of Stanley Park that were especially memorable. Super with giving us extra time at some stops for photos and always ready to grab the camera and snap photos of us. A definite 10/10 highly recommend

We took this bus for two days and learned a lot about Vancouver. We found the guides and drivers to be very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating!
Just ok
Mike_F, Aug 2026
We caught the last run of the day and it was obvious the driver and host were done. Felt rushed and overpriced.
Wonderful trip
Deborah_R, Aug 2026
Wonderful trip. Chris the driver was awesome!! Gave us suggestions on what to see and the full trip around was helpful to know where everything was located.
Tremendous Trolley Experience
MaryBeth_M, Aug 2026
The trolley was so easy to use. You can follow live to know when to head for the stop. Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The best way to tour Vancouver.
Exploring Vancouver’s highlights

Great way to see what Vancouver has to do and see. Beautiful bays, lots of bicycles and plenty of good restaurants.
Great intro to Vancouver
Diane_J, Aug 2026
This was a great way to get our bearings in Vancouver, including stops to get off and explore Stanley Park and Granville Island. Trolley seats not the most comfortable, but live app is great to know when to catch next trolley.
Dont ride with Kenny
James_S, Aug 2026
Trolley tour was great overall.
Did have issue with trolley not stopping for us at stop downtown. I had to catch up with trolley at red light and knock on door. Not easy to do for me as I am 75, and still recovering from back and hip surgery. Trolley guide (Kenny) thought it was funny. My wife and I did not

Great way to see Vancouver. It was a rainy morning and this made everything easier. I enjoyed the live narration and efficient way to see a lot to make choices about where to hop off and explore more.
Too many people, not enough trolleys!
HeatherCline, Aug 2026
Don't book if you're visiting during the Alaska cruise season (summer months). They way oversell tickets for the amount of trolleys they have running. The first 2 trolleys that came by were too full to pick anyone else up (and they only come every 1/2 hour). We had to take an Uber to a different stop to try to get on. So we wasted a good portion of our day just trying to get on.

Linda_H, Aug 2026
Braydon and Brad were super. We made the round trip with them. Entertaining and informative.
We also Lynn for a driver and she was great as well.
Only complaint is that they should run routes longer than they do. As it stays light it would be nice if they ran until 6 or 7 at least.
Go on “Big Bus” instead of “Trolley Bus”
bev_b, Aug 2026
The tour itself was ok. It could use more info about history of city or some insight into culture or current events. The trolley bus was old and in need of refreshing. The seat cushions had no cushion left in them. The drivers seat broke and it took 3 employees about 15 minutes to fix. With an early afternoon start there was no opportunity to hop off unless you wanted to find an alternative way back. At some stops the bus was full so clients had to wait an additional 1/2 hr for next bus. I certainly didn’t want to get off only to think I might be at a stop longer than planned due to crowd. Maybe consider adding another trolley bus to fleet? Because of traffic and crew change for lunch our tour lasted almost 2.5 hrs. Too long. I found the customer line not helpful. I called to see how to book with a pick up at my hotel, which is a stop in the material on line. The agent told me there was no stop and I needed to go to the 390 Robson St, which was a long 10 city blocks away. There is no 390 Robson. Turns out the stop is on the other side of street in front of library. Also, it turns out there was a stop at my hotel on the “Big Bus” so not sure why he booked me on “Trolley Bus”. The Big Bus also ran 2 hours longer.
Fun trolley experience
Lynne_G, Aug 2026
An entertaining way to tour Vancouver and Stanley Park. The guides were fun and informative, even sharing personal history and experiences. The only complaint is that the trolleys stop very early. It would be great for them to run till 6 or 7.
Try it, even with a last minute reservation!
Kathy_S, Aug 2026
Signing up was very easy.
Schedule varies a bit. Seems like it was affected by the half marathon earlier in the day.
Nice easy way to see vancouver

Good experience. Well narrated.
Easy to access with pleanty of stops around the city.
Recommend starting the tour early to take advantage and get more opportunities to HO-HO at differnt stops.

Able to ride the trolley around and get off at stops and hop on. The rotation of drivers you would get various facts about the city. The drivers are willing to provide some recommendations while on the ride.
Great tour.
Gary_R, Aug 2026
Great information. Really enjoyed hearing about all the stops. Worth the price. Very interesting stops.
Good tour
Kim_H, Aug 2026
It was a good tour but 5 of the stops were not available due to the Pride Parade. It should’ve been a discounted price as we missed one of the popular spots.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the tour overall. We sincerely apologize that several stops were unavailable due to the Pride Parade closures. These events are managed by the city and can occasionally impact our planned route, but we understand how disappointing it can be to miss some of the popular attractions included in the experience.
We truly appreciate your understanding and will continue working to communicate any possible route changes as clearly as possible. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.

Marvin_H, Aug 2026
Very comfortable, informative and pleasant experience both trips we took... Pride Parade created some issues with stops on 2nd day but nothing insurmountable.
Response from Host, Aug 2026

We appreciate your understanding regarding the Pride Parade route changes and are glad that our team was able to make the experience enjoyable despite the temporary adjustments.
Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you again on another adventure soon!
Stranded at Stanley park.
Edward_T, Jul 2026
Lack of communication left our group of 10 people stranded when the city closed the road the bus route was on, we couldn’t find stop seven due to poorly marked signage and wound up having to walk all the way back to stop 4 to get back on the bus where it was being detoured. The bus windows were filthy and seating was very uncomfortable. The drivers were nice and tried to help but seemed to be working hard to overcome broken down equipment. We wound up missing half our trip and were unable to get off at stop 17 since it was too late and there weren’t enough buses to pick up the 30 or so people waiting on a bus at that stop.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the challenges you and your group experienced during the tour. We understand how frustrating the route changes, communication issues, and delays must have been, and we appreciate your patience.
We’re glad to hear our drivers were helpful and will be sharing your comments with our team to improve the experience for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to let us know.

We appreciate your comment regarding the seating and will share it with our team as we continue working to improve the guest experience. We hope to welcome you again soon!
Don’t waste your time with Vancouver!
Jeanine_J, Jul 2026
Never even made it to the trolley. Vancouver is filthy and disgusting and the traffic is so ridiculous, it took us an hour and a half longer to get there then our NAV said at the time that we left. Tried to contact the operator, but since no human ever answers the phone, we were not able to get through. After having a drugged out person walking out right in front of our moving car while we drove down the street, and watching other people peeing on the sidewalk, we had had enough and left before ever making it to the trolley.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
We're sorry to hear about your experience. It sounds like the traffic and the situations you encountered in the city made for a very frustrating day, and we're disappointed you weren't able to make it to your scheduled tour.
While we unfortunately can't control traffic conditions or what happens elsewhere in the city, we understand how those circumstances affected your plans. We also apologize if you had difficulty reaching us by phone.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we're sorry you didn't have the opportunity to experience the trolley tour.
A good affordable way to spend some time in VanCouver
Laura_R, Jul 2026
A affordable way tontake a tour of the city. It was very easy to hop on and off at designated areas. Would have loved to have gotten closer to the FIFA soccer ball and sport stadium. We did hop off and walked closer.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
We're so glad you enjoyed! Thanks for the feedback, we will relay it to our team :)
HOHO Trolley is the BEST !
Robin_W, Jul 2026
Much more personable than the BIG BUS !! .. not crowded ! Our drivers/guides were GREAT with wonderful senses of humor 😀
Great way to visit the city
Raymundo_P, Jul 2026

Call an Uber
SUSAN_K, Jul 2026
Recently in Vancouver and trolley stops were difficult to find, even with the live map. Trolleys were packed, no one getting off and could wait an hour or more. We had to call for an Uber to pick us up at Stanley Park totem poles because we were unsure we could get to the stop we needed in order to make our whale watching tour.
Response from Host, Aug 2026
We are so sorry about this. We had a particularly packed day and will share this feedback with our team to better prepare for the next time. We hope you found some enjoyment in the experience and we sincerely apologize for these issues.
