Operating Schedule: Our route duration is 110 minutes. -From May through September: The first tour starts at 9:00 am, the last pick-up of the day starts at 3:40 pm. The pick-up frequency is every 30-40 minutes (please note that frequency can be delayed due to events out of our control, such as construction, and or traffic).

Had such a great time on the Hop-On Hop-Off trip! Lynn, tour guide, and Dave, tour driver (I hope got their names right), were both amazing — friendly and engaging. The information Lynn shared at the different sightseeing spots was really interesting and made the tour even more enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly (though it was raining), and it was a fun and relaxing way to explore the city. Highly recommend this tour and the wonderful team behind it! 💯

We really enjoyed the trolley! Braden was a great guide, very knowledgeable about Vancouver, enthusiastic and entertaining. Dave did a great job navigating through the tight streets. I'd highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a great start to their Vancouver vacation or day trip.

We booked luggage storage during our Hop On/Off Trolley experience in Vancouver. The directions given to drop off our luggage were inaccurate and we spent a good part of the morning rolling our luggage all around Vancouver looking for the drop off site. We called a Viator operator and she was not helpful at all. She really had no idea what she was telling me. We finally found the luggage drop ourselves and finally got on the trolley. The tour guide was just so-so. He mostly told us about the restuarants he liked in each location. We were expecting so much more. Maybe a little history of Vancouver and some interesting facts or info about the different stops. Overall, disappointed. Though we would guess another tour guide would have made for a better experience.

I enjoyed the bus tour, it was good and unique ride. The guides were kind, as was the driver. Unfortunately on my second loop, the bus did breakdown, so I can't mark it highly. I did like how there was a person talking, in other cities, it's a recorded playing, so I hope you continue with the personal touch. The buses feel a bit worn out, make some odd noises (the first one not the broken down one). I didn't like how the tour was interrupted by a disorganised traveller who hadn't purchased a ticket, so the guide had to stop and process the payment.

The drivers and guides were very friendly and accommodating. The live feed to trace the buses locations was extremely helpful, as you don’t have to wonder when the buses will be coming.

We waited a LONG time to catch the trolley and did not know the route in advance. The web site needs to be updated with times and routes. Trolleys need to come more often too. It did a good job of going through Stanley Park and narrating sights.

Our trolley broke down and we had to walk back to our hotel. Our window would not stay open and it was very stuffy. I request a refund.

This trolley featured a real, live guide and a driver who also chimed in from time to time. They were both lively and friendly and informative in a fun way. We rode the whole route without getting off at any stops (due to time constraints). It served as a good overall tour of the city, full of historical anecdotes, interesting factoids and even recommendations, as well as a few jokes that added to the experience.

The driver and commentary were great. He was a local with a lot of years of lived experience in Vancouver and therefore had a lot of stories to be told about the local history. However, we were very disappointed that the first trolley didn't leave until 9:30. It was advertised as 9:00, but they didn't open the stand or check in our luggage until a little after 9, and the trolley left at 9:30. It was a tight squeeze after our cruise and before our flight, but we were hoping to get off at least at one stop. Because they got things going late, that didn't happen..

Visits all the sites around Vancouver. The bus was a bit rattly and noisy which meant that it was often difficult to hear all the information given. The live bus app was very good for knowing when the next bus was nearby.

Plenty of buses travelling around with convenient stops. Seats not very comfortable for the full tour (110 minutes).

Driver, Chris, and host Ryan were great! They gave excellent commentary and also suggestions on food and where to find areas you wanted to explore.
The stops are difficult to find. I called the contact number and spoke to a human being who gave me good directions to the nearby stop

Give yourself time to go the whole loop, see where you want to go and go back around and get off and on. So much fun and had a great time listening to our tour guide.

Tour guide and driver were great, but very dissatisfied using hop on hop off. Only 3 trolleys were available. I waited 1 hour for the first trolley picking it up at stop 21 and getting off at stop 12. Missed the next trolley and it wasn't convenient to wait another 45 minutes for the next. Took ubers the remainder of the afternoon.

Only 1 recommendation specific to online info about your. We are staying at Best Western Premiere on Granville which still shows as stop 16 online and sign still on street. We were going to wait there for pick up but fortunately decided to go to Harbour to get on. We then found out from tour guide that our hotel is no longer a stop. We would have waited a long time there. Please update your site

Great way to see the city! Our tour guide Brendan was super informative and gave us some restaurant suggestions that were spot on! I like that the trolley is able to go farther in Stanley Park where the big buses cannot due to height.

Included all the interesting places to visit. Especially liked Granville Island and Stanley Park. With 4 trolleys never waited too long to get back on. The tour guides I had were very entertaining and interesting. Only negative is no standing room. If seats get filled you need to wait for next trolley (didn't happen to us). Live map shows you where all trolleys are at any time (pretty nice).
