Peter was a friendly and knowledgeable guide. We had a good tour of Quebec City and plenty of time at Mont.orency Falls.

Our tour guide Peter was excellent and very informative throughout the tour. We did not see chateau Frontenac on the tour but he did tell us where to go once complete (essentially a block away from start/end of tour.
Our guide was very accommodating. He gave us time to explore at the different stops and provided opportunities for bathroom breaks.
A great way to see the city if you’re with someone with mobility issues (my friend is 90). We loved the guide’s commentary (Dan did a great job).

Dan was out tour guide and provided an excellent mix of commentary regarding both historical and contemporary Quebec City mixed with some wry humor. This small bus tour was 10 times better than the large bus tour we took in Montreal. Highly recommended especially for someone on a tight schedule or with a limited amount of port time on a cruise.

We would have enjoyed being able to walk at some of the locations like the boardwalk area overlooking the river

The trip was nice, interesting things to see. Only 24 people or so, it was nice size. Our tour guide was Peter, from America, he talked a lot about himself, his family, and he never stopped talking from the time we got on the tour. If anyone talked at all, he shushed us. And said it threw him off, but otherwise it was enjoyable.

Nice small bus. Excellent guide discusses history & culture of Quebec. Adequate time to see falls 30-45 min. Allow time to reach pickup site due to traffic.

Dan “the Man” was an incredibly knowledgeable, delightful leader on this trip. I know so much more about Quebec and its history after being on the city tour. Dan was generous with my mom who used a walker. We never felt rushed or as if we were inconveniencing anyone. The excursion was very interesting. We enjoyed going to the falls. I don’t think we needed a full hour there , but other than that, the trip was delightful. There were a couple of wonderful places to take photos.. thank you Dan.

Tour was average, tour thru the city was OK, trip to see the Fall was Great. Our tour guide was average very knowledgeable but had trouble rembering some things and some difficulty switching between French and English

The tour visited many spots in the old part of Quebec City. The guide who is French spoke english very well. The major part of the tour was the falls. We had about 45 minutes to explore the falls and they were awesome. The tour was supposed to last 2 1/2 hours. The driver time for picking us up was going after 2 1/2 hours but we told her we needed to catch a flight so she moved the time up and drove faster.

The tour was awesome! The only disappointment was we did not go past Chateau Frontenac. Other than that, it was great.

It was a rush excursion. The driver was very nice and with lots of knowledge. But does not allow you to enjoy the falls. I will not recommend, If your expectations are to go to the top of the falls…. It will be not have enough time. So rushed

The tour of the city is excellent. The Falls are beautiful but there is not enough time to go to the top of the falls.

Great tour with driver Dan ("The Man") through Upper Town, out to Fields of Abraham and Joan of Arc garden, hour long visit to Montmorency Falls and swing back to Upper Town via Old Port. Cruise excursion was sold out, but this was a well-priced alternative and so glad we booked.

AC failed & bus got stuffy.
I signed up for an English tour and got a bilingual tour so half of discription was wasted

Some departures are bilingual to accommodate all guests, but we appreciate your comments and will work to make this clearer.
Great sights and the falls were beautiful. Peter was so knowledgeable and funny! Only wish we could have stopped at the city highlights for pictures but we knew where we wanted to return later.

The tour was great love our driver! He was very insightful and informative and also had us laughing throughout the tour!
Gave us a good run around the town! Although we stopped for a washroom break I just wished we had a little more photo time around town area even if it was for 5 minutes…Enjoyed seeing the Falls and our driver was very kind to have dropped us off back to the cruiseship port due to down pour of non stop rain

She did a superb job for our tour in a difficult situation wrt unexpected road closures.

Great tour! Our driver was excellent, knowledgeable, and funny. I’m glad we went because I probably would have missed some of the sites and interesting history on my own. I just wish we had more time at Montmorency Falls. My daughter was the only child on the tour, but she still enjoyed it. Definitely recommend!

This was exactly what we were looking for. A wonderful tour of the city. Our guide gave us history and points of interest as well as recommendarions for places to eat. The rest of our day was filled with exactly what we were looking for and we didn't have to struggle to find it. The waterfall was lovely and cool on a hot day. We had a group of adults and teenagers kids - we all had fun.

Didn’t have enough time to do cable ride.
It would have been more enjoyable if your operator didn’t screech during tour and had a microphone to speak into
Her voice was very loud and annoying .
