Fantastic trip

The Rocky Mountain tour with our guide, Steve, was fantastic! He pointed out beautiful viewpoints along the way and shared the interesting stories behind them in a really engaging way. The amount of time we spent at each stop was perfect. When my phone battery was running low, he kindly lent me a cable and even plugged it in for me, showing me where the hidden ports were on the bus. His consistently positive and friendly attitude made the whole experience so enjoyable, despite the unpredictable weather. Thank you so much, Steve!

Perfect transport for our family

This was just what we were looking for - a small bus to take our family of wide age gap to both moraine lake and lake Louise. This allowed us to not have to worry about parking - gave us the permit we needed for moraine lake and was the perfect amount of time at both lakes. The driver was super nice and had great info about the area that was interesting and helpful.

BANFF lake Louise and morraine day tour was amazing!

Pickup was smooth. Our driver and guide, Heather was amazing. She makes us comfortable by introducing the whole group of u. Making sure we have her cellphone incase we are lost. Heather has great knowledge about Banff and we are so happy to book this tour to learn more along the way, instead of self driving on our own. Heather is also humorous and kept us entertained during the trip. Overall, we covered what we need to and the tour was definitely worth it.

Highly recommended. Beautiful sights!

It was a wonderful full day excursion with many stops and amazing sights. Enjoyed each stop. Felt a little rushed at Lake Louise need an extra 10-15 min if you want to do any hiking to see the views from above. Information provided by Sanjet our driver was great and he was pleasant and answered any questions anyone had. Worth taking a tour to see so many beautiful sights in this beautiful country. ❤️❤️🇨🇦

Unforgettable experience with an amazing guide, Ahmed

I had such a wonderful time throughout the day. Moraine Lake was breathtaking, and Lake Louise was so peaceful. All the spots were amazing, but the best part by far was our guide, Ahmed. He was so welcoming and brought such a fun, positive vibe to our group. Also, I really appreciate that he was such an awesome photographer for us. I was impressed by his professionalism as well. We actually had a little issue during the tour, but he handled it so quickly and found the best solution. He never forgot to smile and kept making us laugh. Highly recommend!

Excellent tour of two famous lakes in Banff National Park. Recommended.

This was an excellent tour. I was short on time, and couldn't do a full day tour. In just five hours I was able to enjoy the beauty of Moraine lake and Lake Louise. Our tour guide Frank was excellent. He educated us about the lakes, while using humor, and keeping the group on time. I really appreciated his time management. The tour ended exactly after five hours. I highly recommend this tour.

Habib is friendly,...

Habib is friendly, outgoing. Courteous. Enthusiastic and a good driver. He kept his hands on the wheel! It is clear he enjoys his job as tour guide. He played a taped audio guide which introduced us to the trajectory of life on earth, very worthwhile.The dinasour museum took me by surprise by its size and importance. His microphone was not working which caused some consternation. However his voice is resonant, his English excellent, and he made sure we could hear him when he had info to share. I would recommend this tour if your group has interest in paleontology and the study of life on earth through fossils.

Definitely worth it!

We had an amazing time on this tour! Our guide was Mark, he was helpful, kind and engaging. He gave us so much information about the area and was able to answer all of our questions. The tour itself was gorgeous! It was so nice not to have to worry about parking, etc. Mark kept us all on schedule and we had a really fun day!

Great day-trip from Banff

Had a great day exploring lakes in Banff National Park and seeing so many of the top sights. Ben was an amazing guide. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and really accommodating throughout the day. The atmosphere was relaxed and fun, and everything was well organised without feeling rushed. It was a full-packed day, but we still had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. Definitely a great way to see the lakes around Banff and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful tour...

We had a wonderful tour guide, Aissine. He was very knowledgeable and enjoyed his job. We were a group of about 16. A few of us had mobility issues and he went out of his way to lead us to areas where we could see everything. He took pictures of all of us. It was a long, exhausting day but a Wonderful experience.

Great tour!

Garry was a great guide! On time and very knowledgeable about the lakes and sights. Even did more stops due to a mix up with the company and advertising the same trip on get your guide and viator, as some had lake Louise and some didn’t. But not his fault and it was all sorted out. That should be fixed moving forward tho. Recommend for sure!

A Wonderful Adventure!

What a fun day I had yesterday! Greta was my tour guide and she was amazing. She told us so many hints that I know I never would've known had she not told me. Even things like, "make sure to go to the bathroom here because the toilets are cleaner than the next place," just made the day go by much more smoothly. I also have to say that taking a tour to these places was great because some places aren't accessible without a professional tour or shuttle and others cars have to park further away. Overall, I was thrilled with the tour and tour guide. The price was reasonable as well!
