The experience was good.
The driver was helpful and friendly.
I think bigger signs for bus transport is needed in the arrivals at Calgary airport.
My partner and I walked up and down in arrivals for a good hour trying to find where the bus was and we thought more information was needed on the bus details. We figured out the bus we needed was a Brewster bus and this was only mentioned once in the ticket details.
Maybe the bus information needs to be more clear.

I was at the desk to check in at 3:30 (the stated time of departure) and the folks at the desk told me the shuttle already left and they couldn’t call operator. I ended up having to rent a car and drive to Banff myself

Brad was a careful driver. He also gave us helpful directions on how to navigate the Calgary airport in order to find out hotel shuttle. We especially liked being picked up at our Banff hotel... very convenient.

I am extremely disappointed in the experience
I have booked the ride and the operator confirmed my booking quite promptly and that they will pick me up OUTSIDE Edit #5 of arrival hall. I contacted them way in advance before the meet up time (15:30), left my Canada mobile number and also called them many times at and after the meet up time and nobody picked up. I only then realize I have to go to the Brewster Express booth because my friend from afar helped check around the websites to find out Banff Jasper Collection (the supposed operator stated in Viator) is the same as Brewster Express.
And not until I mentioned to the staff at the booth about Banff Jasper Collection, they then tell me they are actually the same company.
I have been at the airport since 11:40 and at exit #5 at 14:15. Walked OUTSIDE exit 5 at 15:10, and stood for an hour 16:15 when I decided to walk in as my friend told me to try Brewster Express to get a ticket to Lake Louise. I thought it’s a separate company and I was going to get an ‘extra’ ticket so I can get to my destination cus it has delayed all my plan to my best friend’s wedding… i was so late and missed the rehearsal dinner as Maid of Honor……the operator has misled me and I have all the proof that I was misled and not helped sooner on the day of the experience..
Viator customer service suggested me to get a refund as it has delayed my plan so much (that was at 17:25 2 Aug) and after a day I received an email saying they won’t refund and they can’t do anything at all. I almost cannot believe how Viator has handled this case. I am very upset about this and will avoid using this app by all means

Our bus driver, Devon, was so kind and shared many local facts about the area. We had fun chatting with him and other passengers. We were missing a registered passenger and he believed he spotted him at an old pick up site. Devon called dispatch to let someone know. Very kind and thoughtful.

*Prepare to be misguided and lied to if you book this transfer*
I booked the drop off at a resort weeks before the travel. When I was about to board the bus the driver said he’ll not drop me as per my selection, and his next sentence was that he’ll leave me there if I have a problem. Imagine being on a vacation, ready to go from one point to the other, your luggage already loaded in the bus, and then the driver telling you that you won’t be dropped off where you want and then threatens to leave you there while you’re trying to digest the information that you just got.
The bus driver was rude, non-courteous and gets a zero star. One star is more than this experience deserves.
These people run a scam where they let you book whatever you want and then threaten you at the very last minute knowing that you don’t have any other option at that time

Pre-trip communication was plentiful, but unhelpful. I ended up having no idea where to meet the shuttle, and the trip info didn’t clearly indicate that the actual shuttle company I was looking for was called Brewster. Also, I experienced an hour flight delay that caused me to miss my shuttle. At 6:30 pm the phone contact went to voicemail and the desk wasn’t staffed. I had ZERO way to reach a human to help me rebook, so I had to stand at the shuttle slip for 90 minutes and just *hope* there was room in the next one and that they’d honor my previous reservation. The driver was incredibly nice, but all the customer service leading up to it was unreliable or absent.

The Brewster driver was good. Just didn't get to pickup his name. He was quiet, but was ready to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great, quiet ride. It gave us a chance to focus on our next set of plans, etc..

The time given to us by your booking agent was incorrect and when we arrived from our flight we were told that we had to wait an extra hour-travelling with infants is difficult enough. If we had the correct time in the first place we would have considered an alternate flight. On this trip we travelled extensively- but this simple transfer from airport in Calgary to Hotel in Banff was by far the most expensive (double most others) for no apparent reason. Just not good value or organization.
