My family took a trip to Lake Louise, Banff, and Emerald Lake with our guide Habib. He was a wonderful guide and quite knowledgeable about the Canadian province of Alberta. We saw so many amazing sites in our trip and would recommend this trip for anyone visiting the Calgary area!

The tour and driver were great. We saw a lot.
The arrangements for pickup and return were awful. The hotel listed as a pickup location was changed at 9:30 the evening before the trip, after we reserved a room. It was listed on the website and return documentation listed it as a pickup spot. The driver would not take us back there either. Thus we incurred taxi bills of $82 to get to another pick-up spot and back to the hotel where were registered.

Regarding the pickup and drop-off, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We understand how frustrating it must have been to make last-minute transportation arrangements. While we did notify all guests in advance of the updated pickup location, we did not receive a reply from you indicating that the change would be a problem. Had we known, we absolutely would have made arrangements to assist or pick you up from the original location.
We strive to provide clear communication, but we also rely on our guests to let us know when something doesn’t work for them so we can help in time.
Your feedback will help us improve how we handle pickup changes in the future to avoid similar issues. We truly appreciate you joining us and hope to welcome you again with a smoother experience next time.

Driver and activities were great however my low rating is due to the size of vehicle used. Far too small for amount of people on the tour Very uncomfortable ride.

We’re truly sorry if the vehicle felt smaller than you expected. The Ford Transit we use is designed for up to 14 passengers and is commonly chosen for tours because of its comfort and practicality. We do our best to ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, and we always mention in advance that the maximum group size is 14 people. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve. A private tour will ensure a comfortable ride for sure.

Truly awed by the beautiful landscape of Banff and we had a lucky experience with snow at Lake Louise. Aziz was an amazing guide that gave us many interesting knowledge along the way. Just a pity that it was a busy day and the lunch at Banff Avenue was rushed and we didn’t manage to walk around the area at all.

Habib gaves us a great day out. We did Banff, Lake Louise, Johnson Canyon and the Hoodoos. Habib gave us lots of background to the sites we visited and drove safely. It was a quiet time at the places we visited, which made ihe trip nicer.

Habib our tour guide was amazing! Friendly, helpful and most of all a fantastic photographer. We were 5 in the group and he took his time to show us all the wonderful places to go in Banff, where picture perfect settings are. The weather was nice no rain no fog and it wasn't too windy at all. I highly recommend Habib as the ultimate tour guide you can spend your day with .

Amazing experience with our guide Habibullah. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and attended to our needs. We managed to get some truly memorable snapshots of Jacob’s Canyon, Lake Louise, the Rocky Mountains, the town of Banff, and he even took us to a hot spring. Overall, one of the best experiences and tours we have ever had on Viator.

This was an amazing tour. I would highly recommend it. Habib was friendly, educational and very pleasant. Johnston Canyon is definitely a must see, Lake Louise was beautiful and Banff was a fun town. The extra stops were great for photos and we will be back to do more exploring.

From booking this tour, the communication of status of van/shuttle prior to pick up and to the wonderful driver Habib with this company helped to make this a most memorable tour. The itinerary was most complete. Every stop was great! My favourites were Lake Louise, Morraine Lake, and hoodoo valley, complete with mesmerizing clouds amongst the mountains and valleys. Thank you viator and Habib. Will book this again in when we return.

This is the perfect tour to choose if you are short on time but want to see as much of Banff as you can in a day. I was traveling solo and had a very great experience with 1000Hosts. Habib, our host, was great and provided excellent recommendations. It’s definitely a long day going round trip from Calgary, but so worth it and is so easy getting from point A to B.

Of course the Lake Louise area is a great place to visit, but Habeeb, our guide/ driver went out of his way to make it an enjoyable experience. He was informative and a very safe driver. And friendly too. Highly recommended.

We were coming from Ottawa and confused the address of the pick up hotels, but Habib kindly picked us up from our hotel. He was very knowledgeable and guided us through our journey about the important locations we’re about to explore. Moraine Lake could be the most breathtaking place I’ve ever seen, truly magnificent. We traveled as a family and I can say every single one of us was truly happy with the tour. I really recommend it if you have limited time, and would like to see all the places in a single day.

A wonderful day filled with many fabulous views selected by Habib our guide for the day. Pick up was spot on and everything from then went smoothly. The commentary was enlightening. Lake Louise was beautiful but Moraine Lake was even more spectacular and natural.
Although it was a long day, it was well worth the time and experience
