⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I booked a private felucca experience with Ahmed during my stay in Cairo, and it became one of the most memorable and meaningful experiences of my entire trip to Egypt. From the moment we met, Ahmed was warm, funny and incredibly enthusiastic about his country. His passion for Egypt and its history is infectious — once he starts talking about Egyptology you can see how much it genuinely means to him. By the end of the afternoon I had apparently also acquired an Egyptian brother! The felucca itself was fantastic. We spent several hours sailing on the Nile with Said, our captain, and Camba, the photographer. There was no feeling of being rushed from one thing to another. We sailed around the island, stopped, talked, ate an enormous Egyptian meal and simply enjoyed being on the river. The food and hospitality were incredibly generous — so generous, in fact, that they had accidentally prepared enough food for two guests even though I was travelling alone! I also booked the photography option and I’m so pleased I did. Camba took 187 photographs during the afternoon, while Ahmed also took around another 50 on my phone. It meant I could actually enjoy the experience rather than spend the whole afternoon looking at the Nile through my phone screen. There was also a very personal reason this particular trip mattered to me. My mum had died exactly three months earlier, and shortly before Ahmed collected me I asked whether there might be somewhere quiet and discreet where I could scatter a small amount of her ashes on the Nile. His response was immediate and incredibly kind. He simply said yes, offered his condolences and told me he would help me. When the time came, the boat was taken to a quiet and private part of the river. The music was stopped and I was given all the time I needed. Nobody made a spectacle of it and nobody rushed me. Ahmed quietly filmed the moment for me on my phone while Camba took photographs, meaning I now have something incredibly precious that I wasn’t expecting to have. Afterwards, Ahmed gave me a hug. It is difficult to explain in a review how much the way they handled those few minutes meant to me. It was done with complete respect and kindness, and it allowed me to include my mum in a journey to Egypt that she had encouraged me to take. The rest of the afternoon was full of laughter, conversation, food and beautiful views of the Nile. On the drive back to my hotel, Ahmed was still enthusiastically talking to me about Egypt and its history. When we arrived I went to shake his hand goodbye, but he wouldn’t have it. He got out of the car because, in his words, he wanted to “say goodbye to you properly”, and gave me another hug. That probably tells you more about Ahmed than anything else I could write. I came to Egypt expecting to see extraordinary places. What I hadn’t expected was how much some of the people I met would become part of the memories themselves. Ahmed, Said and Camba gave me a wonderful afternoon on the Nile. Ahmed helped make it unforgettable. Thank you, brother. ❤️

Amazing experience- we were taken to experience as much as we possibly could in the time we had in Cairo. Zenab was lovely and very knowledgeable and catered the day especially to us, letting us choose where we visited, what we did and how much time we spent. I would 100% recommend and will certainly reach back out should we ever visit Egypt again as there is still plenty to do🥰 Thank you

Our guide Alaa was fantastic. He took us to the area that looked a little run down. He reassured us everything was fine. He arranged everything with the quad bike staff and ensured we were supported before we left. Quad biked for over 2 hours, not rushed at all. Taken all around the pyramids, plenty of photos then by the two guided we had. Fantastic experience
