What are people saying about Belize

The only shuttle you need!
I was hesitant to choose a shuttle service because I was traveling by myself. But they were wonderful. They responded quickly to any questions I had and the driver was super nice. There was another family that was in the shuttle with me, but there was plenty of space. The driver was waiting for me right at the water taxi terminal and even helped me with all of my luggage. Super grateful! I will definitely use them again when I go back to Belize.

Amazing views while relaxing
This tour was a pleasant surprise! Our guide, Abner, was knowledgeable about the island and made sure we enjoyed our time. We appreciated our small group (just our family of 4 and another family of 3). We saw others carrying their own tube hiking towards the cave, while this tour already had the tubes waiting at the cave (choose this tour just for that alone!). The cave tubing was a lot of fun but the river tubing (after we got out of the cave)- think: lazy river, but with spectacular views of the rainforest!!! We loved this part even more! Highly recommend!

Great Way to experience Belize!
Jeff was a great guide! He shared insights about the culture and communities as we traveled to each spot. All the activities were fun and slow paced. Definitely would be okay for families with young kids. It is a lot of time in a van, so be prepared for that. We spent around 4+ hours total traveling.

Wonderful experience
Our guide, Nas, was really knowledgeable about local plants and animals, and he was able to share that with us on the tour. There were only two of us, so he customized it to what we were interested in. We also were able to see more of the cave system in kayaks than we would have in tubes, so I'm glad we went with that option.

This is a MUST!
I’ve snorkeled all four Hawaiian islands and Sombrero Reef, and this was by far the best snorkeling trip I’ve ever done. From leaving the marina to all the wildlife we saw, the entire experience was incredible. We were a little worried the trip might get canceled because winds were around 18 mph, but the reef is so protected that it ended up being a beautiful and very pleasant day on the water.
We saw tons of colorful fish, beautiful coral, stingrays, several sharks at one time, sea turtles, and even a couple of manatees. The guides (Pedro and Andre) were fantastic and made the whole day feel fun, safe, and organized.
I highly recommend doing the full-day tour because you get to experience so much more including a traditional lunch on another island, petting stingrays in shallow water, and seeing the cutest little seahorses ever. Truly an unforgettable experience.

The BEST cave tubing experience and guides!!!
We had the best time on this cave tubing experience. Tubing through the caves and after under the trees was awesome, but even better were the guides who provided a lot of interesting information and most importantly went above and beyond to help our group. My mom was having a tough time making the walk to the starting point for the cave tubing and one of the guides took her in a kayak to meet us at the starting point so she didn't have to cross three small rivers lined with small rocks. Thanks guys. YOU ROCK!!!

Great time in the Belize jungle
Our family had a great day in the natural beauty of the Belize jungle. We did the combo of the zip lining first and then the cave tubing. The zip lining was a lot of fun, a few longer and faster lines over the river which was really nice. The cave tubing involved a 3-4 mile hike through the forest carrying our tube float and then had a nice float down the river through the forest and some caves. Our guide Steven was really helpful. Thank you for a great day.

Beautiful trip, accommodating guide!
Family of 5 thoroughly enjoyed this day long journey. Shared bus ride about an hour each way with about 20 people and 3 guides. At park, our family with Fab who was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Initial hike about a mile, fairly level and easy, crossing river a few times. Beautiful jungle. Kayak equipment in good shape. First went up river through caves to magical spot where opening to beautiful jungle and stone walls… felt like movie scene but completely natural. Two in our party not comfortable in kayaks so when returned to starting point, they decided to walk back. Three of us continued on and thoroughly enjoyed the little rapids and further exploration of caves. Waterfalls, stalagmites, and tubers in this portion. The hikers made it back about the same time as we did. Chicken and rice/ bean lunch was additional but good. We had to rent water shoes, missed that in the fine print but they were just $3 per pair. Fab was perfect guide and very patient with a grumpy teenager, my old lady knees, and husband who wasn’t comfortable in kayak, accommodating us at every juncture.

Our tour was absolutely...
Our tour was absolutely phenomenal! On top of being a blast, Marvin, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I was travelling with my husband, father (70’s) and my 4 year-old and Marvin took the time to answer all of our questions and waited for our dawdling son on the walk. He let us go at our own pace, and was very informative about the area, history and wildlife. Lunch was a wonderful Belizean dish. It was excellent, and a generous portion. I would highly, highly recommend this tour. I can’t say enough good things about it.

Wonderful cave tubing in the jungle!
We had a great time. There is a 1 mile hike to get to the launch point through the jungle on a wide and cleared trail. You will also walk through crystal clear water a couple of times. I recommend Tiva styled water sandals which are also very helpful in the short cavern hike in the middle of the trip. Those rocks can be sharp and slippery. Our guides were very informative and entertaining. The lunch was very good seasoned chicken with rice, beans and plantains. Keep in mind there could be people in the group that may be zip-lining after the tubing. If you did not sign up for that you will be waiting until they are done, which was an hour or less. There are a few shops and drink vendors available to pass the time. The travel time was an hour and a half each way. The small bus we rode in was modern, pretty comfortable and clean, with air conditioning. If you want to bring anything on the river you don’t want getting wet they recommend leaving it in the van, but I took a dry bag to keep valuables in which you can strap around you (also great for snorkeling at the reef!). Bring a waterproof case for your phone. The kind that hangs around your neck might be safest. You won’t regret this one! Cheers!

A Wonderful and Insightful Belize City Tour
We had a wonderful time on the Belize City Culture, Nature, and Rum Tasting Tour with Narcisco on November 5th. Even after many visits to Belize, this experience managed to teach us something new and offered a relaxed, informative look at the city’s history and charm.
Narcisco is a natural storyteller—knowledgeable, engaging, and effortless in the way he shares the soul of Belize. We explored iconic sites like the Baron Bliss Lighthouse, learned the history behind the famous Swing Bridge, and enjoyed a great photo stop at the colorful Belize Sign. A visit to St. John’s Cathedral, the oldest Anglican church in Central America, added a beautiful historical depth to the day. Along the way, Narcisco highlighted other cultural landmarks and local neighborhoods, giving us a richer understanding of Belizean life.
The experience wrapped up perfectly at Traveller’s Liquors, where we enjoyed a fun and flavorful rum tasting. It was a great chance to sample Belize’s signature spirits and learn more about the country’s distilling traditions.
Overall, this tour was a perfect balance of culture, history, nature, and relaxation. Whether it’s your first visit to Belize or your tenth, exploring the city with Narcisco is something you won’t want to miss. Highly recommended!

Worth the money and time!
This was one of the best excursions that I have ever experienced. Andy, the tour guide, was awesome. He was knowledgeable, funny, and made us feel completely safe. During the tour my Apple Watch came off when we were diving into the water in the cave. They said that they would find it for me, but I counted it as a loss. After the tour and while we were eating, one of the other workers was able to swim to the cave floor and retrieve the watch. They called Andy and the driver drove back about 15 minutes to grab it for me. The finder asked for $10 USD finders fee… the fee was de minimis, so I gladly paid it. Our lunch was stewed chicken with rice and beans. It was good!
