Awesome tour, Abner was a very good guide and had lots of interesting facts about the maya culture and nature to share, our group was only 4 persons strong and it was cool to explore the caves in such a small group. We even could explore a bit by foot and jump into a cenote, which is part of the caves.

We loved our cave tubing experience!! Our guide Tracy was great! We took our 6 year old daughter and she loved it too! You get lots of time in the caves and we got to enjoy some extra time swimming! Would highly recommend this experience when visiting Belize!

My boyfriend and I planned a last minute cave tubing excursion, and we are so glad we did. Cave tubing was one of our most fun activities we did in Belize. Our tour guide (Marco) was so outgoing, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable on not only the caves, but the surrounding wildlife as well. Marco is very passionate about his job, which made our experience so enjoyable.

Our tour guide was amazing and very informative and alert to our surroundings! We started off tubing and then some exploring the cave on foot and even did some swimming throughout the cave! It was an amazing experience!

Booked a Tubing excursion through Viator for Sunday. The evening before we were rear ended by another motorist, causing quite a bit of damage and physical injury to the passengers in our vehicle. Called Viator and tried to either get a refund or re-book. Was advised no refunds within 24 hours of the excursion. Just missed it by a few hours due to the accident. This is apparently a hard and fast rule, no matter what. Suggested that I call or email the operator, who was very helpful, yet had no excursions available for Monday, but suggested Tuesday. We were leaving Tuesday, so that was not possible. Viator, or TripAdvisor basically to bad so sad for you, we are keeping your money. Didn't seem to care about anything else. Hopefully they taped the conversation and would let all to hear. Will open your eyes to this company and its subsidiary. Viator. Be caution and warned, better to simply book local and do not use this company and truly TripAdvisor is not all that they market themselves to be. This visit was my 25th Anniversary and had the elders of the family with me. I say this since the question they ask at the end of these reviews does not give you the options for a proper response.
