Aaron was an amazing tour guide every one we met was very nice and attentive, from the zip lining to the cave tour. 100000/10 would definitely recommend. It’s a must when I come back we get Aaron as our tour guide again.

This was my first time cave tubing, I felt safe, it was very relaxing and also a lot of fun. Although, the zip line seemed short I also enjoyed that experience as well.

Our guide Jimmy was amazing! He took care of us from beginning to end. We always felt safe and comfortable, and we had tons of fun along the way. I especially loved the cave tubing, while my husband enjoyed the thrill of ziplining. Don't forget to bring cash tips, we started running out towards the end. This crew is super deserving. We definitely recommend this excursion. Also, we had plenty of time to enjoy the experience and get back to our cruise with time to spare. Thanks again Jimmy and team!

This was an amazing experience! We booked last minute the day before the tour and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with meet up and scheduling directions. It was about an hour drive to the park and The short hike to the water was so beautiful! The cave itself is an out of this world experience, we’ve never seen anything like it! We were in the cave itself probably 35 minutes, it was way bigger than I expected! I was so happy we decided to end with the zip lines because they were exhilarating and had amazing views! Our tour guide Peter was AWESOME, he pointed at many cool things on the hike and in the cave that we would’ve completely missed without him. Highly recommend this awesome trip!

My fiancé and I started our Belize trip with this excursion and we were so happy we did. Our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we were well taken care of. We were staying in San Pedro and we were picked up from the water taxi.
Cave tubing was very fun, relaxing, and safe.
Zip lining was exhilarating. I was very scared but the instructor reassured me I’d be safe and I was able to get through all 7 zip lines.
5 star experience indeed!

This excursion was amazing! Our guides Peter And Fred were great, they were so nice and helpful and worked really hard to take care of everyone in the river and on the nature walk. The Zipline was super fun and those guides were great too and even helped take lots of photos and videos. All around a 10 out of 10 experience, my husband and I were so glad we did this one. The scenery was beautiful. I was also glad we booked through viator and not the cruise. The people who booked through the cruise had a shorter river float and it was so much more expensive to book through the cruise.

When we arrived in Belize, we we're met at the place stated. Once everyone in the group was there we loaded up in a van and headed out. It was about an hour drive to the cavetubing and zipline place. Fred was an amazing driver/guide, he talked to us the whole ride there and gave interesting information about the area and answered any questions we had. The 20 minute walk to the cave tubing was an easy walk through a beautiful rainforest. Miles (I think that was his name) told us about local foilage and even found termites and fwe got to try them and it was GOOD! It was a very cool experience. Cave tubing was great, water was refreshing and it was so beautiful. We were the only 4 to go ziplining out of our group and I felt very rushed after the cave tubing to get to the zipline. That was probably the only negative about this whole trip. Ziplining was fun. It was my kids first time and it was easy for them and they had a blast. I also thought I read there were going to be 7 ziplines, but it must have been a different listing, it was just 4 on this excursion. Overall a great trip, Miles and Fred were funny and great guides.

You’ll learn all about the culture, have a nice ride through Belize City, enjoy a nice lunch afterwards, and get to take a ride all through the caves and river systems. Mango told us all about everything we were going to see and pointed stuff out as we passed. The best grilled/BBQ chicken and rice i’ve ever had

First, the drive to the site takes an hour and 15 minutes
So a 4 hour excursion 2-1/2 jours are spend on a a shuttle,
Zip line was great
No tubing, water was to high
Lunch, home made tamales, 4 out of 6 got food poisoning, lost the last 2 days of our cruise being confined to our cabin
I would not recommend this excursion to anybody

Thanks for the review..we apologize if its the tamales cause the food poisoning but we cant be sure its that our tamales are freshly made if you didn't like it thats 1 thing bit to cause food poisoning we aren't too sure about that

I have done the cave tubing in Belize before, but this time was much better! Manuel was our guide, and he did a great job. He was very enthusiastic about sharing the culture of Belize. It was great to learn so much! Manuel should be a teacher!
If you come in on a cruise ship, go straight through the terminal and turn right and walk to the end. All of the guys there will help you find Five Star Tours. (We kept asking for the Green Turtle, and no one knew what we were talking about, even though it shows up on Google maps!)
Manuel took us to do the zip-lining first. There were only four of us zip-lining, so it was a great experience with Victor and Brian. (Don’t forget to bring tip money for them!) They did a wonderful job of taking our pictures and videoing us, and they were very concerned about our happiness. Ladies, don’t forget about the straps that go on your legs when zip-lining. A sundress or bathing suit cover-up will not work! Fortunately, they do have restrooms where you can change if you end up tubing first.
Next we drove to the tubing place. There were restrooms there where we could change. Tubing was great fun and the caves were fascinating! Manuel was very informative about what we were looking at. It was a great time, and so relaxing.
After, Manuel fed us tamales while we dried off, and there was time to do a little shopping and/or change into dry clothes.
It was really a perfect day and the best excursion on our cruise! Thank you Manuel! 🙏

What an unforgettable experience! We went on Thanksgiving had tamales for lunch and they were amazing ! The cave tubing was out of this world & then after tibing we went zip lining and dried off. Such awesome experience. The vendors are very pushy be prepared

This was, by far, our favorite tour. Our group ranged from 17-75 yrs old and there was something for everyone to enjoy. Our guide, Peter, was outstanding in every way. He was full of knowledge and fun at the same time. He was also very patient with everyone. I would definitely put this excursion on the list, even a second time.

I’m highly upset that i booked this tour 2months in advance. Stayed in belize city 2 days JUST so I can do this tour & explore belize city. The morning of the tour I was supposed to be picked up @ my hotel @ 8:30AM
I received a message @ 8:11AM telling me that the tour was canceled because of the caves. Nothing else. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience here’s how to obtain your refund, Nothing. l am upset because it is my birthday & now i’m sitting here with no plans. I am not really upset at the tour guides because they cant control the weather or whatever is going on i’m highly upset at how the situation is being handled. I’m sure you probably had a clue a day before the tour started that the caves would have issues, the weather looked the same yesterday so I find it inconvenient to let me know
the day of..I could’ve had something else planned by now
Also i had zip lining included with these tour, why is the whole tour canceled just because of the caves?

We are sorry it was too dangerous to do the cave tubing sometime the rains doesn't affect the water level of the caves some times it does but we have wait for the official word come from the oath rangers every morning our apologies

So easy just get off the ship and head out front of Terminal 1 and contact was there. We had time to get water, coffee and use restrooms and then Kenton and Manny our tour guides loaded us up with a family with their 2 teenage children. They knew thir Belizian history and explained the country's origin and pointed out many points of interest in the city on our way to the park to our adventures! They took such great care of us and I was so thankful we were only a group of 6! They gave us an opportunity to use the facilities, change and either rent or purchase shoes for our cave tubing. Then we walked over to get our life jackets, helmets and was given the option to take out tube or have it meet us at the top! We chose to let it meet us which was wise decision walking along the path and crossing the river which was quit strong. Kenton made sure everyone was being careful crossing and Manny assisted in getting all of us over to the other side safely! It was a great nature walk to where we picked up our tunes! Lots of trees and plants and a bit of wildlife. Once we got to the launch point we rinsed off the tubes, while Kenton any Manny secured us altogether! The caves were beautiful and the water was refreshing! It was just so relaxing yet enjoyable seeing the different natural formations that looked like things we recognized lol! When we returned to where we crossed the river I just wanted to go again! But we had to walk back and use the restrooms, change so we could go on our zipline tour! OMG I was so scared but the guys at the zipline place along with Manny's reassurance gave us a little more courage! It was great that they had a practice before climbing up and going with longer and higher runs! I totally loved it even though I'm afraid of heights. We were able to see the hollowing monkey and Manny was able to get a picture of him up in the tree near us! The zipline guys also used my camera so we would have proof of our experience. Got back to the van and it was time to head back as it's about 45 minutes ride back to town and the Terminal! I have to say this is the best excursion I have ever done and I'm so thankful to experience with our 4 new SC friends and amazing guides! Don't miss it if you're going to Belize! Just look up 5 Star Adventures you won't be sorry!

Jimmy Cortez was our tour guide for this excursion and he was AWESOME!! Very knowledgeable of everything around Belize!! Talked and showed us things on our drive out that were very cool!! He took us through cave tubing and that was GREAT experience also!! Fred and Ian at zip lining did great showing us around and they also did great with our group!!
