Stelianos is an absolutely amazing host! We tried some excellent wines and he gave me a real education in Austrian wines but also wine in general. I learned so much and had a really great time. If you like to learn about a place through its food and wine, I highly recommend this!

It was a wonderful experience. We got to talk about more than just the wine we were tasting. The location was easy to get to walking and via public transit.

This is a wonderful experience for all wine enthusiasts whether you are a novice or more experienced with wine tasting. Our host Stylianos provided an intimate educational experience in which we learned a great deal about Austrian wine making, and the art of wine tasting with 6 different selections of Austrian wines paired with a charcuterie board. We received educational materials as well. I would highly recommend this experience.

A great journey through Austrian wines. Stylianos (Stelios in short) has exceeded all expectations. His breath of knowledge is amazing but above all it was his guidance during the tasting of each wine. Each glass was presented and discussed and he helped us draw all we should from a glass of wine… aromas, taste, acidity, boldness… I would repeat the session any time as Stelios changes the wines often to keep it interesting. A plate of cheeses per person accompanies the tasting and Stelios suggests the pairing. The event takes place in a specially designed space dedicated to wine tasting. We tasted Guner Veltliner, Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling from local producers but the highlight (and the surprise) of the evening were the reds Sankt Laurent and Blaufrankisch. Didn’t expect that. So happy to have joined this event.

We highly recommend experiencing Austrian wines with owner, Stylianos. He was very knowledgeable about the wines of the region as well as the local cheese. He had a vast knowledge of the wine industry as a whole. He can also host tastings from other countries. This should be one of your stops in Vienna.

We had the best experience with our class with Stelios! His wine knowledge is incredible but his gift make you feel welcome and like family is second to none. We left with excellent information on Austrian wines! If we had more time in Vienna- we would've booked another class with him. We will be back and will be recommending to all our friends!!! Cheers!

Fantastic wine tasting with a VERY knowledgeable host! We tasted multiple whites and reds and learned SO MUCH about Austrian wines. Relaxed atmosphere and an enjoyable afternoon.

The whole experience was nothing short of incredible from start to finish. Stylianos was amazing throughout the session and it is evident that he had put in lots of effort and thought into the entire process.
The wines were fantastic and I was given a very in-depth introduction to each and every one of them. There was a general discussion for each wine we tasted and Stylianos gave really clear explanations to every question I had. An informative little booklet is also provided. It was an extremely useful guide during the tasting. Bread, cheese, and prosciutto were prepared for us and Stylianos gave really good pairing suggestions for each of them.
I cannot stress how much I enjoyed myself and most importantly how much I have learnt within such a short span of time. I would definitely pay him another visit if I ever find myself in Vienna again. It is so worth it and I absolutely recommend this experience to everyone.

We live in California wine country and are very particular about wine. This experience did not disappoint! Very informative about Austrian wines, the grape growing regions, how Austria classifies wine, etc. All the wines provided were of high quality. Plus, the cheeses provided paired nicely with the wines. Whether you’re a novice wine taster or a knowledgeable one, you’re sure to enjoy this engaging experience.

Stylianos was a knowledgeable and interesting guide who introduced us to 6 delicious Austrian wines while also enlightening us on the history of the region, information about the production of the wines, and recommendations for how to pair the wines. The cheeses, meats and bread that he served were delicious and perfectly complimented the wine varieties. We had a wonderful time.

Very good wine tasting. Stylianos was extremely knowledgable about wine, spoke excellent English, and answered all of the million questions I asked him. He allowed us to take notes and pictures, and helped us open up our understanding of the wines as well as the history of wine cultures from around the world. I went solo and was there with him and another couple on holiday. Very much recommend this event if looking for a little extra wine knowledge. I only rated it 4/5 stars because the location is pretty modern and not the wine cellar and brick from some of the guest pictures, and our accompanying food consisted of four strips of cheese and a few slices of meat, which was all very good but not very substantial. I wasn't expecting dinner but I think some of the pictures lead me to believe there was more. Overall a very good experience and I'm very happy I signed up for the class, I have enhanced my knowledge of wine with the wonderful host and I will take that knowledge with me.

Our experience with Stylianos went above and beyond our expectations! He’s so very knowledgeable in Austrian wine and all the nuances of wine tasting. I’ve been to several wine tastings in the past and no one has explained what to look for the way that Stylianos explained it. This is a great experience for wine lovers!

My husband and I travel internationally quite a bit, and we almost always sign up for a local wine tasting when we visit somewhere new. I have to say that this was one of the most informative wine tastings that we have done and it was amazing to be able to ask questions and learn from such an expert. So much fun and such delicious wine!! Highly recommend this wine tasting if you are considering it.

The 2 plus hour experience was amazing. The guide expertly took us through a well planned end executed experience. He shared unique knowledge and perspective concerning a wide variety of Austrian wine and paired it nicely with cheeses.

This is my second wine tasting experience with Stylianos, and this experience was just as good as the first! He's a trained sommelier and leads the wine tasting as such, imparting knowledge on Austrian vitoculture, wine production, and the art of wine tasting to deepen your appreciation of the finished product. We opted to move our timeslot to join a larger group and that was a great decision - we had a blast! Our whole group continued the fun at a wine bar just down the street.

This was a phenomenal and polished experience... very pleasant evening learning about and tasting regional Austrian wines. Stylianos is the owner of Exclusive Wine Experiences and was our host. He was simply excellent... truly kind, welcoming and extremely well versed in both wine and Austrian wine production. The regional wines we tasted were delicious... as were the incredible local cheeses/charcuterie and bread we were served. The evening was lovely... including great conversation as we learned so much about Austria and it's wines. We highly recommend this experience for those who love wine and travel!
