Line was long even with on line tickets. They had one person working the desk who didn’t know about the online booking. It wasn’t worth it. They didn’t seem to know or care to help those who had already booked online.

Interesting, nice, fan for kids, must visit when been in Vienna. It'seems locsted on yhe entrance of the Prater luna park. Easy to access with underground. We had a great time! Need around 1 hour to see everything.
