IT DOESN'T SKIP THE LINE!!!

Do NOT buy! Treasury is great, but 'Skip the line' gets u absolutely nothing - u still have to queue up to exchange the voucher to actual ticket. It doesnt reserve /quarantees your admission on that day. It doesnt cost u any less!! You just pay the middle man by booking this service.

This is a great follow-up to the Art/Ancient History museum in Vienna since it is exclusively about Vienna and Austria. Easy to get to and fantastic permanent and visiting collections.

Does not allow to skip the line

The exhibition was ok, but this ticket is very misleading because it does not allow you to skip the line at all. We followed the skip the line signs and the employee checking tickets told us that we had to line up to get proper tickets since we did not book on their website. The skip the line feature was the reason why we purchased on Viator so I'm giving this 1 star.

Do not use Viator!!! They sold me these tickets for a day of the week that the museum is regularly closed. And now, they have not responded to a request for a refund or new tickets.

The voucher purchased online didn’t permit entry. We still needed to wait in line to exchange our vouchers for tickets. But we did have a guaranteed entry, which is why we give it two stars.

It was very nice, but there were more capes and cloaks then there were jewels and I was comparing the jewels to the Crown jewels of England. No comparison. But I’m glad I got to see them.

The Imperial Treasury was truly an amazing collection and well worth the visit. So many items to see we had a pick our favorites as our time was limited. Could easily spend the better half of a day here. Would have given this 5 stars however our tickets did not scan so we had to get in line to exchange them for a paper ticket. Not a problem just an unexpected issue. I would have gotten in line as soon as we arrived as the line was short however by the time we realized they didn’t work the line was somewhat long.

Once in the exhibition it was most interesting. The getting in was not as smooth, as one would have hoped. The ticket was recognized by the staff, but not by the scanner. So there was a lot of queuing involved to sort out this problem.

This is the slowest way to visit the Imperial Treasury. The "ticket" that is issued by Viator is only a voucher for the ticket you need to enter. You are not skipping the ticket line. It's actually much worse, because you have to stand in the regular ticket line, explain where you bought your voucher, wait for a supervisor to intervene, and then, finally, you have a ticket. To make matters worse, you are paying more than the standard ticket price. This is a borderline scam.

This is an amazing collection of artifacts and jewels. We are we the USA and almost nothing was younger than our country. It is amazing that the collection was preserved through the years. Well done.

The ticket states ‘skip the line’ tickets but actually there is no such thing at all venues we attended in Vienna - it’s generally not something they do there. The Viator tickets work well in Vienna. The actual treasury is interesting but it’s not quite like the Crown Jewels in the Tower of London. We also booked the Carriage Museum at the Schonbrunn Palace via Viator and that held far more interest for us as it was light and airy in there. It’s really down to personal taste.

The museum itself was impressive and very well laid out. The amount of treasure is considerable, almost overwhelming. However at this location there’s no “skip the line”. You have to wait at the ticket window with everyone else and show the cashier the bar code then he asks to see the email so he can record the confirmation number. Then he gives you a paper ticket! We found this out the hard way when we bypassed the ticket window and tried to show our Viator bar code. We were sent to the ticket line- as described above.

Great tour and our guide was amazing! Robert was very knowledgeable and kind and answered all of our many questions! This was well worth the money to have a private tour and the Treasury was a must stop in Vienna.

All the skip the line passes in Vienna required you to exchange the victor ticket for tickets at the venue. It was invonveniyand would have been easier to have just purchased the ticket at h Ty e event.

This is a must see if you are interested at all in seeing the imperial crowns, capes, etc.! I will admit it was much smaller than I thought, and security was very tight (obviously) - but it was well worth the visit! Certainly not something you get to see every day (or at all depending on where you live!). Highly recommend!
