We were very disappointed with this experience. When we purchased the tour, it indicated that we had access to see the palace; but it turned out, we only had access to see the State Apartments.

Skip_the_line_tickets but… 15 minutes to find the right tickets!!!! Why don't to send them directly instead of a warning that "this is not your ticket"...⁉️ Neverthess visit WITH AN AUDIOGUIDE was very interesting!

First and foremost, the tour was absolutely amazing. Highly recommended. That being said, just go to the palace website and book yourself. The cost is 1/3 of what this cost is. For the cost, I was under the impression that it was the bigger tour that included everything on the ground, but it’s not. Thankfully, when I got there, they were able to upgrade my ticket furnished additional €6.

Booked at 2pm tour. First they tried to switch to 3pm. Then gave us tickets for 2:30pm. Would not give a refund. Small print says tickets can be 1-2 hours from selected time. Just go to official site and book online yourself. Scam middlemen.

WiFi and Your Tickets

Connectivity was an issue until I connected to the free WiFi. So make sure to take a screenshot of your ticket barcode before you go there. Then go straight to the palace entrance for the door guy to scan it. You also have to check any backpacks because they are not allowed inside. Otherwise, AWESOME!

The time you pick on registration is not the entrance time you are allowed in as stated on your voucher. Had to wait 45 minutes to get in to the palace.
