Our tour guide was excellent and gave us a walking tour of Bratislava. Best part was she knew the best restaurants to have us try the local food and showed us the souvenir shops and post office.

Eva was amazing as a guide. She walked us through the medieval city and talked about the historical aspects of it. Our driver was wonderful and the entire day was well worth it. Excellent!

Great tour and excellent tour guide. Very knowledgeable and answered question very well. If you are in Vienna and have a half day for a tour, I highly recommend the tour of Bratislava. A very enjoyable tour with adequate time for lunch.

My original booking for cancelled due to low numbers, so they rescheduled for the next day. We went even though it was snowing, and while everyone was cold, I had a great time. Our driver Peter was super nice and our tour guide Janette had great energy. Good for solo travelers! Thank you!

I was advised the day before of travelling that the tour didn't reach the minimum requirements and will need to pay additional 200 Euros for private tour which does not include the tour guide. I advised to cancel the tour moments later another person has booked the excursion so the tour went ahead. Driver messaged to confirm pick up time at 8.30, we got to Bratislava within an hour. We took pictures from the memorial place and castle. We then got dropped off at old town and spent 3 hours there which was enough time for us to visit the sites and had time for lunch at christmas markets. Arrived at the hotel at 2.30 which meant I was able to tour around in Vienna. I recommend this tour, friendly driver, beautiful place, weather was perfect clear skies.

Out guide and driver were great on time and personable. Guide was very knowledgeable on history. Christmas markets opened the day we were there so that was an added bonus.

The small group tour I originally booked with didn't have enough people to run this tour on the only day I was available so I switched to a private tour instead and did not regret it at all. Our driver Peter was really great: very considerate and accommodating. When we reached Bratislava, the tour guide who met us was also good, giving us an interesting overview of the city and an excellent recommendation of a restaurant for lunch. On the way back, Peter knew I was interested in art so he stopped at the Danubiana Meulensteen Art Museum which I'd never heard of but really loved. It's a modern art museum featuring Slovakian and other international art work, and sculptures in the grounds set along the shores of the Danube. I enjoyed this stop very much and am grateful to Peter for introducing this small but fascinating gallery which I would otherwise never have visited.

This isn't really a tour of Bratislava, but rather a premium pick-up/drop-off service. The driver picked us up promptly at the designated time and we picked up an additional passenger. On the way there, the driver didn't really speak much, but just introduced a few facts about Bratislava. 90% of the time, we sat in silence while driving along the mountains/smaller towns.
If you want a guided tour, it's an additional fee that you can pay in the tourist information center.

First off, I was told that there would be a tour guide once I got to Bratislava. I felt very bad for the driver because the tour operator did not seem to communicate with him at all regarding what the tourists should do or where they should go upon arrival to Bratislava. If it wasn’t for the driver, the three of us tourists who were on the trip would have been stranded. To top it off, the tour guide did not show up, so I ended up having to pay thirty euros extra to get the city tour that should have been included given the extremely high cost of the trip. Unfortunately, the day was bitterly cold, windy, and rainy, so I couldn’t even really enjoy the city. It’s no one’s fault that the weather was bad, but Viator refused to take responsibility for the lack of a tour guide. They should have issued everyone on the tour a partial refund at least. I was a bit annoyed that I wasted time on this tour when I could have just stayed in Vienna and saw more there.

Hi Aparna, thank you for your review. The tour does not include a local guide and it was never mentioned anywhere when you booked. If you check your voucher it will confirm this. You started demanding a local guide from the driver on the day of the tour, even though you never asked about it when we were in contact before the tour. Kind regards, Super Tours.

This was a nice day trip, with no tour guide. Our driver dropped us off at the castle, and picked us up in the old town area. I enjoyed walking through the castle, and the old town was cute. I found a couple of good bakeries in town, which is one of my must do’s in all new cities. The walk to get from the castle to town was quite a bit, but it was easy enough to navigate.

We had an amazing trip from the entertaining drive with Andrew to the informative tour guide in Bratislava! We were there during the Christmas markets so it was helpful having a guide describe the traditional food items being served and of their traditional Christmas handmade items.

It was a nice option if you don't want to deal with getting your own bus and what not there but it was a little pricey for a van packed to the brim with people. There were 10 of us and it was a very tight uncomfortable (but quick) ride. The driver was so nice but it would've have better with some sort of tour component. Make sure you bring your passport as Austria does border checks to make sure no one is sneaking in refugees and the packed minivan screams "please search me" which happened to us. Two of the people in our van forgot their passports and it was a problem. The City itself is charming and I think it was the perfect amount of time in the city. The tour was nice once you arrive in the city and the food in town was very good. Definitely try the bagels.

Had a great trip to Bratislava. Andrija (Andrew) kept the drive from Vienna to Bratislava lively and fun. Jana our guide in Bratislava was really knowledgeable of the City and its history, making the tour really informative. She also gave as tips on which food to eat and local products to buy.

Driver was hilarious and made the drive entertaining. Local guide was lovely and knowledgeable. Would have liked some pointers on the local holiday crafts in addition to the excellent descriptions of the market street foods. Each of the foods we tasted were excellent.

As advertised, we were picked up and driven to Bratislava. There, we picked up a local tour guide, who narrated a three-part tour: driving around just outside of Old Town, a stop at Bratislava Castle to see the view and learn a bit of history, then walking through Old Town. All three parts went about 1.5 hours, after which we had about two hours free to explore on our own and get lunch. The driver was friendly and good. The guide, a lifelong resident of Bratislava, spoke excellent English--and Spanish, it turned out--and offered great insight into life there during and after the Communist regime. There were only four of us touring--so nice to have that small-group experience rather than a bus full of people!

Having paid in full via phone booking, we were contacted by the local operator and requested to change our date. We assumed it was because there weren't enough clients on the day we chose. But this is not appropriate. If you advertise availability and take payment, there should be no attempt to get us to change our booking. We declined to change as we couldn't. The tour then proceeded as planned. But as we expected, we were the only two clients on tour. Our driver, a young Croat named Marko was very nice and helpful. When we arrived at Bratislava, we picked up Jana, our local guide. She was engaging and informative and we liked her a lot. Bratislava is not jaw drop beautiful like some other cities, but the old town centre was very pleasant to walk through. Jana recommended a restaurant for lunch and we enjoyed the local gnocchi with sheep cheese sauce and fatty bits of bacon on top, spicy pork ribs and duck confit. All in all, a very pleasant few hours spent in Bratislava. I would recommend this tour as a nice day trip from Vienna.

This was the highlight of our trip. The woman guide in the city was outstanding. I wish I had taken her contact information so friends that plan to visit could request her. She grew up during the Russian control and had such interesting personal stories to tell.
The driver from Croatia was also very good. We did a day trip from Vienna.

We are totally disappointed about the tour that you provided us to Bratislava The tour advertised as 8 hour day tour and its started at 8am and we are back to the hotel now at 0130pm. We spent only 3 hours in Bratislava. Even no time to have lunch there. Considering as a day tour we didn't plan anything for the evening. We all expected to be there at least till 0330pm
We came to Vienna only for 2 days and in a very tight schedule, planned to use every minute of it. But this tour waste our time in the hotel and ruined our planes.
We had tours with Premient Prague. Vienna sightseeing and all they delivered what they advertised. But a question on Viator. We already raise a complain but till today no respond or action taken by Viator.

I loved the tour, our driver and guide were great. The only reason I don’t give it five stars is because this wasn’t a full day trip. We were in Bratislava from 9-12:30. I assumed full day meant at least until 3/4pm. I wish we had stayed for more time as advertised.
