Make sure you leave the bus at the stop under the bridge. The Park Inn hotel was visible but there is another further stop that the bus makes.
The meeting place location was perfect for toilets.
Our guide Elka was lovely, very solicitors and knowledgeable. Only 8 people on our tour so able to hear Elka perfectly.

See this is good experience but be keep in mind that till you receive actual tickets , its not automatically your journey is booked. In my case though I paid to & fro Bratislava bus fare but since I didn’t receive bst code , I had to pay for return bus ride, although it was included in the package.

This tour requires you to make your way to Bratislava, but detailed instructions and bus tickets are provided. We met our guide, Suzanne, and made our way through the old town. The hour long tour gave us the tools to decide what we wanted to do ourselves after the included lunch. The restaurant where Suzanne to us to, was a couple of minutes from the old town and we enjoyed our 2 course meal. We chose to add wine and dessert. Plenty of time to explore

Our tour from Vienna to Bratislava was nothing short of amazing. From the start, the tour operator was extremely professional—tickets and clear instructions were sent timeously, and everything was very easy to follow. The meeting point was clearly described and effortless to find.
Our tour guide, Daria, was exceptional—very knowledgeable, engaging, and passionate about Slovakian history. We truly enjoyed learning about Slovakia and Bratislava as a whole. The lunch provided was also awesome and a lovely addition to the experience.
A special mention to Katarina, who responded to all our queries with impressive speed and efficiency.

Not worth the money at all!! If you’re in Vienna you’re better off booking the bus for €10 and exploring the tiny town yourself! The guide was okay but there was no food for me as a vegetarian. The restaurant they take you to is a tourist scam. I ended up leaving and buying my food elsewhere and there’s much better options to explore in the town

Make sure they read the instructions, especially where to get off the bus because the driver isn’t knowledgeable about the tour.

It’s small enough to see the highlights in the day trip.

Convenient and easy to find starting place and the guide. The guide showed us all major attractions in the old town at a relaxed pace. Well informed professional guide. We visited in Feb so there weren’t too many tourists but the weather was very cold (0 deg). Good tour for history, architecture and culture enthusiasts. Beautiful quaint town. Loved it.

It was a fun day out in Bratislava. Only an hour by bus from Vienna, it’s a charming city with a very relaxed vibe. It’s definitely worth checking out if you want a break from the hustle and bustle of Vienna. My only suggestion would be that the tour be shortened by an hour in the winter months, due it being quite cold and dark when its time to leave at 6.30pm.

The tickets and instructions of where to meet the bus and tour guide were good with pictures included. Bus trip was nice and we met our guide in front of the hotel. She was excellent and provided good local information as well as recommendations for our free time. However, the lunch was terrible. There was no choice. The lunch was cold and fairly flavourless. The restaurant was just outside the old town but would have preferred a restaurant in the old town.

We were impressed by the sites in the city. Our tour guide gave a brief history of the city explaining the political and religious differences throughout time. It was very hot that day and she tried to find shady areas to stand in which was greatly appreciated. The reason for 4 stars was the lunch. The food wasn’t authentic. We were hoping for authentic Slovak food.

When my friend asked our guide a question, she was more interested in getting everything done by the clock, so she told her to Google it.
When asked how we return to the original meeting place to find the bus back to Vienna, she said it was not her responsibility, her only responsibility was the tour. She said Google it.
Bratislava bustles with little shops and lots of history. We did not learn any until we googled it.
I took a stab at it and guessed the big beautiful building I found on my walk around town was the opera house. I googled it and I was right!
No lunch prepared for vegetarians. Googled it!
Find a guide who cares about Bratislava and other people. Google it!

We are very surprised of your feedback, as Ms. Ingrid is very experienced guide and this is our first bad feedback for her guiding. As the tour is just orientational - 1 hour the guide have to manage everything within time.
If you wanted more deep tour of Bratislava, you should book a Bratislava Grand City Tour.

I found Bratislava a charming town. The tour guiding was minimal: we were unaccompanied on the journey out and back and the tour guide only gave us an hour of her time before dumping us at a restaurant for a pre-booked meal. My meal itself was unsatisfactory. I am vegetarian with digestive issues, and the food available did not really suit me. The time keeping of the buses out and back was fine.

I thought visiting Bratislava, Slovakia was an amazing place to visit. I thought guided tour was fantastic the man who did the guide tour was very knowledgeable about the history of the city, which is something I've learnt about. It was worth having a 2 course lunch which was free.

Sebastian our English guide fetch us infront of the meeting point at exactly 12pm he showed us around the city of Bratislava explaining its history and why that spot was called after the tour he took us to the restaurant for our hearty lunch and from there it’s the end of our tour I highly recommend Mr Sebastian because of his sense of humor when entertaining us tourist .

Nothing against the tour operator or our guide, because you get exactly what's offered. But the trickiest part of the tour is finding the bus station in Vienna on your own, which takes you to Bratislava. If you can do that, you might as well handle the rest of the trip yourself. Our guide was friendly, but he gave a 50 minute tour- and then you're left back on your own for several more hours (most on the tour were ready to return 2 hours before the scheduled departure time.) Food at the designated restaurant was okay, not great. I will give this tour group credit because others charge even MORE for offering the same. But overall, you can book the Flixbus yourself off the app, decide how much time you want to spend there, and save yourself lots of Euros. Bratislava is well- worth exploring. But you reqlly don't need a guide -or more than 4 hours- to do it.

WARNING! PLEASE READ BEFORE CONSIDERING!
This company is not capable of providing a professional and consistent experience for it’s customers.
I booked this tour experience in hopes of having a more simple way to travel to Bratislava and learn more about the area. Instead, I received several different bus tickets with multiple time changes. Before leaving Bratislava, I realized that my returning bus ticket was incorrectly booked for days later. It is obvious that this company is not organized or compassionate for it’s customers wellbeing.
It is impossible to plan a trip with this extremely inconsistent business. Members in my party were given faulty tickets that did not work at the bus station. We were forced to pay for another ticket with cash. When contacting the company about this issue, we were met with demeaning and unhelpful support. This tour company only cares about taking your money. Your travel experience in Bratislava does not matter to them. They will never reimburse or provide assistance for your troubles.
I strongly recommend anyone considering this tour to book transportation independently. The tour was informative, but not at all worth any amount of money. The included lunch was not appetizing, and was located far from the main attractions in the area. Choosing your own place to eat would be cheaper and far more enjoyable. The guide will walk with you through the Old Town area and abandon you at a restaurant with slow service and no air conditioning.
I could not be more disappointed with the communication and support that this tour company has provided. If you experience any difficulty or trouble during your trip, you will be insulted and left to pay for it on your own. This tour experience was created to prey on tourists.
Booking this “Bratislava From Vienna By Bus With Lunch” experience nearly ruined our time in the area. Instead of enjoying the day in Bratislava, we were busy trying to arrange transportation and receive support for faulty tickets/abrupt time changes.
PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS EXPERIENCE!!

Sorry we do not understand your review, as in the whats app communication you wrote us the "tour was nice, thank you".
We at the beginning asked you whether you accept the amendment of the departure of time, or full refund as the bus tickets were sold out. You accepted the tour with amended time.
Regarding the bus ticket, yes by the our fault we send you the ticket with wrong date, but as soon as we realized it, we send you the proper one, and this could not harm your experience.
it is very strange you complaining about the restaurant, as Cafe Stefanka is the best restaurant in the town, I do understand that that day was too hot, and you could not have an appetize.
Regarding you co travel, she was not taken to the bus because, she was late for the bus departure and she missed bus, what is not our fault.
We do not understand your bad recommendation, but you have right to write it.

The guide was nice and lunch was okay but we could have done it ourselves for cheaper. It was not worth a whole day there, I felt like an hour or two would have been enough. Also, my bus ticket got changed last minute. When I got to the station, I was told it wasn’t valid and needed to wait for the next bus. When the next bus came, I needed to buy a new ticket. It was very frustrating and confusing. I bought this tour so I wouldn’t have to stress about transportation. I’m hoping to get reimbursement for the ticket, but I’m still waiting for a response.
