A wonderful day. Francesco was a great smooth driver and was able to chat some in English. He made sure we got everywhere we needed to be on time and would walk us into the places to make sure we got our tickets and ensured we knew what time and where to meet him for the next stage of the trip. The meal was as a local restaurant and not a tourist place so was a real authentic Italian meal. All communication with the company was very clear and helpful. Would highly recommend this trip

Beware bad tour

Awful experience, spoke with a rep back in April to confirm this would include factory tour, it did not, driver arrived in a small car and did not speak any English. Very disappointing, called the tour operator and they didn’t care that we were upset they refused to give a partial refund, or try and make us happy. Would never use this group again.

Hello, The Ferrari factory is not open to the public for tourism purposes, so it’s quite surprising that someone from our staff may have provided such information. The tour actually includes a panoramic shuttle tour inside the Fiorano Track and along Viale Enzo Ferrari within the factory area, where visitors can enjoy an exclusive view of the facilities from the outside.

A day of fast cars

We had an absolute ball on this tour. Our driver was extremely nice and very helpful. The restaurant where we had lunch was to die for. We both walked out very satisfied. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour to do on our first day in Italy.

The tour was good, our guide didn't have much of an English vocabulary, just used Google translate. Ferrari museum was great, Lamborghini Museo was OK, didn't realise it wasn't the main Lamborghini museum which would have been a better option.

Our driver was great. Very light English but he had a great transition app on his phone. The drive was lovely. Lamborghini museum was very simple and elegant, and small. Ferrari was much better. Molto bene! More cars and more information. We got a little mixed up on lunch but made it work. Going back to test drive a Ferrari tomorrow morning!

Museums GREAT, not a real factory tour

Lamborghini and Ferrari museums were BEAUTIFUL. Lunch was included at a local restaurant and was also WONDERFUL. Also included with this tour option was the “factory tour” and citadel. BEWARE. 50 minute bus tour and you see everything from a bus window as the tour guide points at a building on the factory’s campus. You DO NOT see anything inside the factory. We were so disappointed. Citadel track was also a disappointment since no cars were on the track being driven to create a better experience. We had a wonderful driver who overheard my son mention wanting to drive a Ferrari. He called the tour company and they called me immediately offering to set it up. The driving experience was expensive but it SAVED THE DAY and made the entire experience a great day in the motor cities of Italy.

My family loves cars so this is a great opportunity to see Lamborghini and Ferrari. My sons watch formula 1 as well so it was fun to see the cars used in previous races. The lunch afterwards was delicious as well and a great local environment.

Favia was an excellent tour guide. She picked us up at our hotel in Bologna. We went to Lamborghini first. She got us in ahead of the line and met us after. Then, it was a beautiful drive to Ferrari museum. She spoke English, told us all about the area. Her sense of humor was delightful. After, she took us to a great little restaurant in the countryside. The owner waited on us and treated us as if we were special friends. It was a great day and worth the cost.

Test driving a Ferrari but that was an extra-side venture not part of this booking. We didn’t know the guided tour through the factory would be on a bus and not going in. Not really a ‘private tour’ that we booked.

We had a wonderful trip to both Ferrari museums, drive through the factory and Lamborghini museum. Our guide and driver were very gracious and informative. Lunch was incredible 3 course meal that accommodated our food allergies.
