    It's a scam, stay away. We came to the meeting point which was right by the so called concert venue but there was nobody there. The door was locked and the building was dark. This ruined my night in Venice. Viator main office tried to help by contacting the local operator but to no avail, there was no response. I'm now awaiting a refund. One star is one too many but there was no worse option. Awful and unacceptable.

    We enjoyed the evening concert and introduction to classical cello performance. It turned out we were the only two attending so it was a special evening especially as the performance started later than planned due to us having trouble finding the location.

    Das Konzert hat gar nicht stattgefunden - ich kann also nur den Vermittler Viator bewerten. Gaaaanz schlechte Kommunikation. Kein Geld zurück! Betrugsverdacht!

    esprimo il mio dispiacere nel ricevere una recensione di tale portata, in quanto il palazzo era chiuso per Covid-19 e ho annullato tutti gli eventi dell'estate 2021 nel portale tripadvisor
