Terrible Directions Unhelpful Communicatiin

Terrible directions. Copied and pasted the location directly from the Viator app to my map on my phone. This took me to a different location. Info said to go to the alilaguna ticket counter outside the illy cafe. The first person at the ticket counter said we were in the wrong place. After messaging the tour company, we went to a different ticket window to learn we were in the correct place. The ticket window attendant said to wait right there by the dock where gondolas were. We waited a few minutes and saw a man walk by with a large group and a sign that said gondola tours. We asked the ticket attendant again, and she told us we were supposed to be with him. Well that’s definitely not what anyone told us. After we got to the gondola, the trip was as expected. But the directions and the customer service were really poor. You might do better with a different company.
