At last minute the tour operator changed time and meeting point. We waited for them to pick us up from original meeting place. He never showed up. We have filled dispute with Viator. We will see what happens.

However, because weather, road conditions, and aurora forecasts change constantly, we sometimes adjust the departure time and meeting point a few hours before the tour to ensure the best possible experience for our guests. This is why an updated message was sent. On that evening, 06th of February, the tour departed normally and all other guests were picked up at the updated meeting point without any issues. This indicates that the guide and vehicle were present at the correct location and that the pickup process was functioning as expected. When one group is missing while all others are collected, it usually means there was a misunderstanding regarding the updated meeting point. Whenever a change is made, we notify guests immediately. We also encourage guests to contact us directly through the phone number and email listed on our website if anything seems unclear, as this allows us to assist in real time. We had the most amazing, fun host. He was so knowledgeable. Ticked the NL off my bucket list. The only negatives is the snacks and drinks could be improved. We were so hungry! I’d recommend to pack your own, especially if you have dietary restrictions. I listed that I’m GF but this is not passed on to the host.

-5 stars would be the appropriate rating. Horrible experience with this operator. We booked our tickets 2 days in advance and received the tickets. The day of the tour, I reached out to them through the viator chat to confirm the tour was still occurring. No answer. My friend & I went to the meeting point, 1h in advance & talked to one of the tour guide. Apparently our names were not on the list, so we couldn’t join the tour. And of course, the full payment was made. I reached out to get a refund & no answer… this is unacceptable.
