Burt and the driver made a fantastic team. Very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helping. Burt went out of his way to make sure everyone got the best from each location we visited. From the little seaside village to the expanse of the large Fjord where we had our fire and snacks.
i will mention this at this point as i wish to finish on a positive, the wildlife was somewhat dissapointing, and whilst i feel we were not seeking wildlife i could be mistaken.
Back to the positive, the places our super confident very skilful driver took us to were amazing, our driver (iwish i could remember his name (sorry) and made us feel very safe on some pretty treacherous road, great skills. Burt's itinery was awesome finishing on a beautiful beach at Grotfjordvegan where Burt made (and cleared / cleaned entirely afterwards) our little camp fire and delighted in his stories with super coffee, cinnamon tea and delightful local iced buns.
i would recommend this trip to anyone and the places we vistied magnicent and Burt is such a wonderful guy and guide, thank you.

Great tour, bring both phone and real camera is you have it.
We saw both a reindeer and seals. The weather was very windy and temperamental but our guide, Simon, did amazingly with finding the best spots

Simon, our guide, was fantastic, and took us on a wonderful tour of the area, stopping at all the best places for photogtraphs, including an impromptu stop when we spotted a reindeer. Despite difficult driving conditions we always felt safe and were very impressed with his knowledge of Norwegian and Sami culture.

Claire is an avid outdoors person and intimately familiar with the area. Dominik who drove us was also very helpful when we set up for a picnic and went on our short explorations.
A wonderful experience, with photos to preserve memories. Highly recommended.

This was one of the best things I did on this magical winter wonderland holiday. The guide Adrian super knowledgeable and very charming with his delightful French accent. Johanna the driver was also lovely and helpful and spotted the reindeer very quickly. She also spotted the polar stratospheric rainbow clouds. The scenery was starkly beautiful and our guide found the best locations. On the way back he told us some Sami history and played the most beautiful Sami music. I learnt so much and was so touched by the beauty of the landscape and moved by the story of the Sami struggle. Inspiring.

Tour guide named Kamil (something like this) put up his full effort to take us to several beautiful viewpoint in Kvaloya island. We were generally lucky to have good weather for almost all of the spots. His driving was steady and safe despite the snowy road condition. There was a also nice touch of tea/coffee session at one of the rest point

We were lucky to have an extremely good weather for such trip - the sun added the colours to the landscapes and the fjords looked really beautiful. The picnic (with hot tea, chocolate or coffee and a pastry) at the side of the fjord was a very nice treat. You need to manage your expectations though as to actually seeing wild life of the Arctic, as we only managed to see a few seals down in the fjords - the route is through inhabited areas, so the chance of spotting a reindeer, a moose or an eagle are pretty slim.

Wonderful experience. We had a great, knowledgeable guide Michael who shared with us many interesting stories about local live, nature, history of the region etc. We had an amazing weather - blue sky & sun so it was a perfect landscape for the pictures (the ones that we received after the tour from our guide were excellent as well). Our guide found a perfect spot for a little picnic with Highly recommend trip!

We joined this tour for our first day in Tromsø and it was the perfect start to our time there. Michael was a kind, funny and knowledgeable guide, he also took photos for us which he sent by email later. He picked our stops based on the sunshine/weather and avoiding other tour groups. We went to around 6 scenic spots (including our tea/hot chocolate and snacks stop) and had the perfect amount of time at each one to enjoy the scenery. We also stopped to look at reindeer twice. We had a great time. Thank you!

The tour guide was informative and took excellent photographs of the day. It was bitter cold, windy and raining, so miserable weather. We picnicked on the beach with hot drinks and pastries, but it was quick since the weather was so bitter. During the tour we saw seals, ducks and reindeer (more than once). There’s no guarantee but we got lucky in that respect. Overall, it was a good tour and we saw some extraordinary landscapes and wildlife while somebody else navigated the icy roads.

This was a truely beautiful tour. Landscapes like I have never seen before. Some lovely wildlife too. The guide was a fabulous photographer, knowledgeable, flexible with itinerary to suit the day and the people, also friendly. The driver did a fabulous job and was also friendly and helpful. The group was small as described and it was an all in all wonderful way to spend the daylight hours.

Fantastic trip. The stops were amazing and our guide Michael was friendly and knowledgeable of the area, as well as photography.
I’d highly recommend this tour to see off the beaten track destinations. We were lucky enough to see three male reindeer!
