Can I leave ZERO stars? We were at the pick up point 15 minites prior and waited for over an hour but nobody showed up!
No phonenumber to reach anyone, only offices that are closed in the evening, so we couldn't do anything. Very disappointing!!!

The tour in general was fine but the car was very small for the number of people we were. unfortunately we did not get to see the auroras because the sky was cloudy but we were told that we will not make the partial refund (We are waiting for it) as the tour said guaranteed views
I would recommend that the tour managers put up some benches or chairs so that they don't stand so many hours in the cold waiting to see the auroras
