The tour was really great, well timed and Shahz our tour guide was very responsive knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly . He gave us the best tips to maximize our time and guided us every step of the way. We did alot..Would definitely encourage you to book with this company.

Be careful when booking with this company. We simply were never picked up. No phone call, no text or email, just completely forgotten. When I reached out they replied that "unfortunately we missed your booking". No apologies, no sorry, not even a reason. They asked if I wanted to rebook for the next day, but why would I do that if they stood us up the first time. Just bad business. If they try to reach out after this review I will "unfortunately miss their call".

Had a great trip with a nice small group. Well organised trip with an opportunity for a few quick stops after at other sights and attractions within the Niagara Parks area after 3 hours at the falls. Good friendly guide who provided lots of information about the various stops. Highly recommended. My only suggestion is not to pay extra for the lunch option, as there are various options and enough time at the Falls, but do go on the Niagara boat ride. You will get a freebie 'rain Mac' but you will still get wet. Worth it for the views and experience.
