Nice experience in Niagara falls. Tour operator is unresponsive to messages over the Viator platform. More flexibility and better communication on the pickup and drop points will be required. The microphone system in the vehicle was not present and it was difficult to hear what the driver/guide was saying

The whole experience was wonderful and particularly the boat ride to the mist was a life time experience

Great tour, Haroon was very informative and helpful.
Great communication that there was a delay to pick up, little bit of a shame lost half the day before heading to the falls but still enough time to see everything. Boat cruise is fantastic, and the Zipline and journey behind the falls is well worth it also.
